We went into the store and talked to Cosimo. He was easy to talk to, explained the pros and cons of different surfaces, and answered all of our questions. As soon as the product was in, we were contacted and scheduled the work to be done. The job was replacing three bedrooms with laminate, however after they pulled up the carpeting, they found two spots that needed to be leveled. This was done quickly and didn't end up adding any time to the job, they actually finished before they said they would be done, even with the extra work that needed to be done to level and grind down the concrete! Cosimo and his crew were excellent to work with and I honestly would encourage you to reach out to them if you are thinking about changing floors OR if you need ideas/suggestions! The customer service rep was pleasant, polite, and accommodating. We were quickly shown suitable samples of berber carpeting in our desired colors, quality, and price point. Our order was written up quickly and we were given an installation date. We were called the day before to confirm installation and an appropriate time. Luis showed up alone to install the carpet which was for a 15' x 17' room. We learned that Luis had been installing for 35 years (since he was a teenager). Luis was both polite and efficient.
