This was an awesomely positive experience, which is unfortunately rare these days. Sunset provided a quote by email, after I provided words and pictures to describe what we were looking for. Their guys showed up on time. They were courteous. They were respectful of us, and respectful of our home. They asked for our input when they got to a part that required some judgement. They performed mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and drywall work. All done nearly to perfection. And they passed the acid test; after they left, I noticed two small things which I thought could have done better. They returned immediately and made these right. And they sent an invoice almost a week later (giving us an opportunity to discover any other issues, which we did NOT), and the invoice was for the exact amount of the estimate. They accepted my credit card payment over the phone. Our job was a small one, but they have definitely encouraged us to contact them again for our next job - small or large. By chance in late August 2025, I mentioned to Mark from Sunset Tile, our need for roof maintenance and could he recommend a company. I cannot stress the relief my husband and I felt when Mark said Sunset Tile and Bath have a roofer. The gentleman's name, also Mark (I'll refer to as roofer Mark) was as competent, meticulous and professional as every other member we have encountered through Sunset Tile and Bath. Sunset recently completed the complete remodel of our main bath in Scottsdale. In home design by Audra gave great ideas for what we might want. Her bid was accepted and we met with her in the showroom to pick up products and finishes. Many choices. She spent hours with us so we got exactly what we liked. There was a few month wait before demolition. Sunset uses their own craftsmen so it creates a lead time. Demo started and the full project was complete in about 6 weeks. (Including holidays and Covid). The experience was excellent. On time, excellent communication from Jay the supervisor. All the techs and craftsmen were friendly, competent, and kept the place clean. EVERYTHING was done right, no excuses.. even if it meant a second trip out. Very rare today. Highly recommended read more

Finally, we bit the bullet and updated our bathrooms. Our old guest bathrooms had lower than normal cabinets, a cheap white countertop, a dated bathtub (with shower curtain (ewww)) , an eroding mirror and chrome and gold fixtures (yuck!). Our master bath had lower that normal cabinets, a cheap white countertop, and chrome and gold fixtures (again, yuck!). We visited Sunset Tile & Bath. Mark, assisted us in the showroom with many of the decisions that had to be made. The man is very knowledgeable about the products and options for our new bath. And a real saint for his patience with our indecision! We hammered out the demolition and start date. Time for the next step. Let's do it! Thank you Mark! It didn't take long before our bathrooms were gone. They did leave an old sink so that we had water until the new ones went in. After demolition and measurements, we waited for our countertops and glass. After receiving the cabinets and countertops, the craftsmen went at it. They removed a large Jacuzzi tub and replaced the chrome and gold faucet with brushed nickel. Then the cabinets went in and were nicely trimmed to perfection. Next the beautiful new countertops, sink and brushed nickel faucets. Last, brand new shiny mirrors rounded out the renovation. The tub in the guest bathroom was replaced with a custom shower. The water valve was placed to the side so that guests don't get blasted with cold water. They also installed a really convenient shelf. Let me say this. Most of my life I have done most of my own work. I understand the work that was being done. These guys are experts with masonry, installation of countertops, cabinets, and plumbing. All new shut off valves, everything was new and updated from the wall out. This is a crew of real professionals! I would without hesitation recommend sunset bath and tile to anyone considering renovations. I am only sorry that we waited so long to enjoy our new bathrooms. read more

We recently moved to Glendale and after reading the reviews we decided to have Sunset Tile & Bath replace our prefab shower (which didn't drain properly) with a tiled, enlarged shower. Although, we had to wait a couple of months for the start date, it was definitely worth the wait. They added a new drain, moved the valve and installed new wall boards. They also built a pony wall to attach the new shower to our existing tub. The tile was carried over around the top of the tub. The workers are all skilled at what they do and take pride in their work. They covered our floors and cleaned up each day before leaving. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Working with Sunset was one of the best contractor experiences I've ever had. We wanted a "one stop shop" where we could get recommendations, see designs and choose cabinets, countertops, accessories, all of it. Sunset does everything but paint but they can even recommend a painter so no problem. Project foreman Jay was incredible - totally on top of the job and responded anytime I had a question. Sunset Tile and Bath is a Top Shelf company. The quality of work is unsurpassed. For my bathroom I had 5 companies come in quote both the shower only and a full bathroom remodel. The prices I received were laughable except from Sunset. They were 7-8K less than Rebath and Kitchens for the full bathroom. This project was a full custom job, cabinets, countertop, luxury shower and floor. I could not believe the value I received. I am the son of a very picky architect who grew up in a house with installations made with extreme quality materials and craftsmanship. These guys only take so many jobs a month, so they don't rush your job, which means you're going to wait awhile. But it is WELL worth the wait. A couple of weeks after signing the bathroom contract Mark came in and looked at my kitchen. When he emailed me the quote I was pleasantly stunned. When I saw the price for all new cabinets and a countertop vs refacing and new countertop, I was at his shop in less than a half hour signing the contract with deposit in hand. He came up with a complete reorganization of my kitchen freeing up or making easily accessible spaces that had been very difficult to use for 22 years. Mark and his staff are very good at what they do. I strongly recommend that you check these folks out if you're doing a remodel. Having two bathrooms, both with tubs, is not helpful for someone elderly, so I had Sunset Tile and Bath put in a walk-in shower. All the workers, some were family members, did a great job, were always considerate and really knew their jobs very well. I recently had a complete Bathroom remodel completed by Sunset T&B. Actually, 2 Bathrooms (Master and Guest). I looked at a number of Bathroom contractors, but finally decided on Sunset Tile and Bath because of their quality reputation and they primarily use their own employees to complete the work (very important to me - have had bad experiences with Sub-Contractors who never show up - or disappear without finishing). Sunset T&B did not disappoint - by far, one of the BEST remodeling companies I have ever used (including here and in other states where I lived). I started discussions with them in Fall, 2021 and signed a contract in late 2021. They are much in demand so I had to take my turn on a waitlist until August, 2022 when they began the project. Very impressed with their designer, Audra who guided me through the process of selecting materials and overall design - and who listened to me when I asked for some changes. Also impressed with their project crew supervised by Paul who came by daily to check on quality and progress - and who responded promptly to questions and slight modifications during the 2 month install. They completed the remodel of Bath # 1 first and was then able to use that while they worked on the larger Master Bath. Installed a new Deep Soak Tub along with new Rain shower, floors, Quartz counters and it exceeded my expectations. Their on -site install team was on time every day and did a great job cleaning up each night. I recommend them and will use them for future kitchen and bath projects. Been in my house for about 5 years and it was definitely time to update my 90's kitchen. I got a quotes from a big box store (which had horrible yelp reviews) and a guy who did a friends kitchen (was going to charge me an extra 30% to help with countertops). A girl at work said her husband (a cabinet refinisher) recommended Sunset Tile and Bath. Audra came to the house to discuss a design plan which was then finished in store. She was easy to work with and really opened my eyes to designs and color choices I never imaged. She even helped me with cabinet color ideas. They are busy and it was about 6 months before they could start the project. However someone had to reschedule and they were able to move me up and I had my new kitchen just in time for Christmas! Work took about 1 1/2 weeks, instead of 1 week like they estimated, but truly not anything they could control. Very happy with everyone I dealt with from Audra to Jay and Mark. It was truly an all-around great experience. Mark came out, talked to us about what we wanted to do in remodeling our bathroom, took pictures and measurements, and had a reasonable estimate out to us within a couple weeks. His crew started the job on time, and they were all great. They all seemed very competant and friendly. Once the job was completed, we realized that as a result of our plans (not Mark's), our walk-in shower had a little overspray issue where our vanity was getting splashed. We called Mark who offered us a few different options and the cost of each. We decided to have a glass wall expanded a little, and then Mark told us that he was going to split the cost of that with us. How sweet is that? It truly was not Sunset's fault that our shower was spraying a little past our glass wall, so that was an added bonus that he offered to share the cost of our "tweaking" of the wall. read more

Fabulous experience with this company. I had my back patio re-tiled, and a bunch of work done in my laundry room (tiling, plumbing, drywalling). The work was done beautifully and skillfully, so it all looks great. They took their time to do everything the RIGHT way. All of the crafts-people doing the work were friendly and very conscientious, including everything from the obvious stuff (like actually showing up when they say they will and cleaning up when they're done!) to small, considerate things like putting extra tile away for me because they saw where I store it in my garage and patching up some extra drywall holes that weren't noticeable until appliances were moved. They pay attention to detail and put in the effort to make sure everything is right. The price was very fair compared to the competing quotes I got, and they never tried to upsell me on the most expensive option or hit me with big "surprise" extra costs. So I called Mark and he was at our home the next day and said he would send some one out very soon to fix the problem.
