Eric and his assistant were able to complete the work in one day for a reasonable price. They were very careful and respectful of our property and did a thorough clean-up job. I only marked them down one star because I had made a point of emphasizing we were concerned about the spread of dust from the cutting that had to be done in the house. Despite his assurances, there was still a coating of dust on all surfaces in the general area, which was easy enough to clean up, but just added one more thing to the to-do list. All-in-all, we are very pleased with their workmanship, punctuality, care of our property.

Thanks for coming over to help, Frank! So abusive. We purchased a lovely bath rain shower, faucet, and hand-held shower for our main bathroom. From the outset it didn't give us very hot water. When I had a plumber come in to check everything we realized that his fixture wasn't properly blending the hot and cold water. It was an issue for months and when I asked him to replace it he said it couldn't be the fault of his fixtures. We proved him wrong and that the unit was getting hot water, but it still gave us either too much hot or too much cold water, but never gave us the proper mix. He blamed everything on my plumber and contractor, came over to my house to help, and yelled at me and the plumber for an hour. We were patient but I had to ask him to quiet down because he was overly aggressive inside my house with my kids nearby. In the end he sold me a new valve and other items, none of which I needed, and still the unit is faulty. I paid everything and he solved nothing. We had a second incident this week. I bought a sink and hardware, pretty expensive stuff from Europe from him as well. He sold it to us 50% off because it was a floor display. Now, around a year later it's broken and doesn't spray properly so it needs a new aerator. No big deal. Except he told me a long story that after 30 years the supplier doesn't sell anymore in the US. So he can't order the replacement piece for me, after selling me an item that he knew wasn't going to be able to be serviced because he already knew the supplier was leaving the US two years ago. I tried discussing it with him but he got defensive, wouldn't listen and eventually hung up on me because I asked him to be nice. You know where you can go.

We had an unexpected delay on the delivery of one of our appliances, and Beatriz, and Elizardo were extremely caring, flexible, and accommodating. Once the appliance came in, within a week they were back on the job until completion. With the progress they made every day we could not wait to get home to see what they had done. Beclam Construction completely changed our kitchen, laundry room, and entertainment center. They removed walls, evened out other walls, completely rebuilt our entertainment center. One of those pesky home improvement projects I never got around to. I contacted them on Yelp. They came out for two minutes. Seriously. Two minutes. Took a look and said they'd email me a quote. I received a quote for $900 for each awning. Full transparency here ... I have no idea if that's a good price. I didn't shop around. They made me sign a contract before they would start the work. A little odd. But fine. I signed it. They came out the next day and replaced the awnings in no time. The whole process was really fast. Which is good. And the awnings look brand new.
