After a few months, they finally arrived and they set up an appointment and finished the job. It was frustrating and they were helpful at getting our car fixed while working with our timeline. Run from this place! Seriously, joe blow working on a car in the middle of the street will be more effective and effiecient and 100 percent more honest then this place. This has been the worse experience of my life dealing with autobody shops. From quoting one price, deleting my claim with geico then trying to strong arm me into paying 50% more, the constant delays in getting my car back and the fights to get them to now go thru insurance- what a joke. Do not bring your car here for repair service. I had my car towed there because it is the local Geico authorized repair service. What a mistake! After 3 weeks I finally got my car back. I drove it home late that afternoon and the next day, the car was jolting and shaking and a horrible banging noise was coming from underneath. I had it towed back there and they can't find anything wrong with it. I spoke to Keith, who was useless. I called Geico and they called Jason the adjuster, who wasn't sure what was wrong. When I asked if maybe the alignment was off or the tires needed to be balanced. He said, Hey maybe. Then I suggested that maybe the differential was bad. He said, yes that sounds probable. Well, why don't you check! Obviously this happened after I brought my car there although he indicated that the work done there at M3 was perfect. REALLY????? I don't think so. read more

Had an accident. This was the closest Geico shop in the area. They did a good job at a quick glance. Fast forward 1 year later. I'm driving and head plastic flapping. The inner hull was cracked in my accident and instead of repairing it they simply glued it. Took a year for the glue to dry up and the pieces to come apart for me to figure out what was done. Looked under the spare tire compartment, the whole piece is still cracked. I live up north. Called and told them about the problem. They told me to come down to have it looked it. Katrina and Gary from Geico (who have to be two of the dumbest people I've ever met) take a look and agree it needs to be replaced. I come back in a week to have the repair done- again, driving from up north...- only part of the piece was ordered. They tell me I now have to come back again because they can't do the install because part of the piece is missing. Long story short- this place does not communicate with each other, no one knows their foot from their hand and Geico should be ashamed of themselves for working with such incompetence. After multiple eff ups, M3 agreed to come up north to my house to do the repair. Only took 3 trips down south just for the heck of it, a whole lot of stupidity and countless phone calls to follow up. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If you have an accident, do yourself a favor and save the aggravation. This place is nothing but a headache. The manager Nick is an arrogant incompetent birdbrain. Just glad the ordeal is over and I don't have to deal with these people again. read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The customer service and communication is horrible! I brought my car in on a Friday and was told it would be ready for pick up by Wednesday. I received text updates constantly and was very happy with everything. Then, Tuesday evening, the communication stopped. I did not hear all day Wednesday, so I contacted them, all I got was "your car is not ready, it should be done Friday". Never received any calls or text alerts again. Called again Friday late afternoon to see what time I could pick up my car since there had been NO communication since Tuesday, other than me calling them Wednesday and them telling me it would be done Friday. When I called Friday at 4:25PM, they said "your car is done, BUT our Geico rep decided to sneak out a little early today and just left 15 minutes ago and we need him here to take pictures of your car before releasing it, so it should be ready Monday!" I told them that was ridiculous...they said well you have a rental so you should be fine! Yes, I had a rental, but I drive a huge SUV and my rental is a small compact car...not that easy when you have kids or when it snows, which it did last week, i'd like my car back! Honestly, I am not one to complain and if my car had to be there a month, i'd deal with it, but just communicate and keep me in the loop! To top it all off, my tire pressure was low when i dropped the car off, which I mentioned to them, and they said it was probably just because of the cold weather, but they would look at it. Pick up my car finally today, its gorgeous and warm out, and the light is still on, they did not put air in the tires. Will NEVER go back there and will NEVER recommend to anyone. read more

I will never go back there. Very bad customer service. Even worse communication with the insurance company. Lady at the front desk was rude. She stated to me" We're the ones fixing your car you're on our schedule" how can you say that to a customer? If you have geico insurance their "partner" then the red carpet is laid out for you. If you have any other insurance company Good Luck. You are treated as a 2nd class citizen. They were "backed up" for all of July and August understandable but that's not my fault as the customer. They had my car for 4 weekends! August 3th-28th. My car is used for driving Uber/Lyft so I lost a huge amount of money for the summer. Whatever you do make sure you take all your personal belongings out of your vehicle before you bring it there or it gets towed there. My son had his car towed there after an accident and he left a North Face jacket in the trunk. When he went to retrieve it a few days later in their lot it was gone from the car. I inquired about it to the very rude lady at the front desk and was told they found the jacket on the sidewalk outside. So when I asked how the jacket can go from a locked trunk in the back of their lot to the sidewalk in front of their office I was met with hostility by two other guys in the office along with the lady who has a major attitude problem. My daughter hit a deer and damaged the front end of her vehicle. Nick and Gary came in with the lowest estimate by far (in one case over $1500 cheaper). The price they gave was less then the deductible and allowed me to not have to use the insurance- which is a big deal with a 17 year old driver. Went to M3 yesterday to clean out a car after an accident and everyone was very professional and very caring and understanding. This professionalism was very much appreciated at this very difficult time. The lobby was clean and inviting the damaged cars were kept behind a locked fence and even a clean bathroom. Only negative thing I would say was the car was parked in a spot with a huge puddle in front of it and it was surrounded by ice which made it very difficult to get into the car to remove my personal belongings. Not that I would ever want to do this again but for when accidents happen this was a great business to deal with. read more

If you are with Geico insurance and you go here, they will estimate repairs at a low repair cost so you have to get it done at their shop, but the repairs are not high quality. They left my driver side door unrepaired which was damaged, but because there were scratches that they think was not part of the accident, they would only pay/fix the area that they think was due to that accident. Basically, they would paint half of the car door. What is a comprehensive insurance for?? But if the car was brand spanking new, they would paint the whole door. Maybe I should have had them paint half of the door so everyone could see how stupid it would look! anyway, never getting any repairs here. dropping GEICO soon as well. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. NEVER, EVER go here! I was involved in an accident with someone who had Geico insurance, so I took my car to a Geico approved repair facility, M3 Collision Center. Upon picking my car up, I questioned the poor fit of the bumper & was told that all bumpers fit that way, that I just didn't remember what my other bumper looked like. I called the Geico rep. to complain & was told I had to take it back to M3. Once again, M3 told me it was fine. Then I found out the bumper was aftermarket, so I insisted on OEM. The Geico rep. said that I had to take it back to M3 again. I thought the fact that it was aftermarket must be the problem. Unfortunately, after M3 installed the OEM bumper, it still did not fit correctly. So, I took my car elsewhere. As it turns out, the reason the bumper fit so poorly is that M3 broke something when installing the aftermarket bumper & never fixed it the first time or the second time when installing the OEM bumper.
