When my husband finally picked up the vehicle, I looked it over once he got home and immediately noticed a crack in the rear taillight. After waiting over a month, we were given the car back with an issue that was never mentioned to us. We have three children and work, so we had no choice but to rent a vehicle while ours was being repaired. Because there was virtually no communication about when our car would be finished, we ended up with over $500 in unexpected rental charges. And the worst part? I am STILL dealing with issues related to the car. The entire experience has left me extremely uncomfortable with how this was handled. A minor fender bender should never have turned into a 30+ day ordeal, hundreds of dollars in unexpected expenses, additional issues with the vehicle, and constant chasing on our end just to get basic information. If I could, I would give ZERO stars…read more Geico did not give us a choice and had our car towed here after an accident that damaged the passenger side doors. We understood it would take awhile to get it back because we insisted on factory parts. But they kept moving the date back and then when we did get the car, the doors were fixed, but there was a host of other issues that showed a significant lack of attention to detail - or even a desire to do a good job - and now we are concerned about the quality of the repair. Here is a list: Vape pen in the car - someone was smoking while they were fixing the car and likely inside the car Passenger side door airbag visible and not secure Inside molding on the passenger side, front and rear, not secured Gasket on the hood not screwed in Piece of chrome molding broken during repair. They said they were going to fix/replace it, but when we arrived to have it fixed, they said they lost the part. Grease on the inside of the car - car not cleaned properly inside Cup holder melted Wires for dash cam cut Our car has always been dealer maintained and we are a military family, so everything is always perfectly cared for. We will never go here again. And not only that, we will actively dissuade anybody else from going here, too.

Stay away from this shop if you value your time and money…read more I dropped off my 2017 Audi Q7 after hours and left a written note clearly stating that the steering rack had failed after a storm. I wasn't asking them to diagnose an unknown issue--I already knew the problem. I simply needed to know if they were able to repair it. Instead, they kept my vehicle for four days, then called me only to tell me exactly what I had already written in my note. After that, they admitted they couldn't perform the repair because they don't have anyone who can program the steering system. If they knew they weren't equipped to do this type of repair, they should have told me immediately instead of wasting four days of my time. They then charged me $170 for a diagnosis I never requested and even listed inspections that I never authorized. The worst part was their attitude. When I questioned why I was being charged for something I had already identified myself, instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally, they threatened to call the police. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I felt that my time and money were not respected, and I will never return. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for honest and professional service.
