This will be a shorter review since there is not too much to say. This place is a great place to go to get things fixed on your car. The service is fast and prices are good. Quality is decent and they will do the stuff you need. The location is great and fixes and things can be done easily with no issue. I had my tire sensors changed and it was done in minutes. Have used the Bradley location twice for tires and the service has been excellent. Ford Pickup and Chevy Blazer. Prices have been great (lower than dealership) and they were able to fit us in at the last minute so we had four new tires to travel with! read more

I dropped my car off at the Bradley Beach location to get some work done on my car. When I picked my car up, my Oakley sunglasses were missing from my car. Someone shady works there. Be careful and don't leave anything of value in your car. It is a shame because the work was good, but I will never take my car there again. They lost my business and my wife's business. Used to be a great place. I don't know what happened. Everyone that works there is extremely nice and helpful but the car knowledge is minimum there unfortunately. I've had multiple jobs done that needed to be brought back and still aren't corrected. Prices are great but at what cost? Truly disappointing. The last job I had done was for power steering. I brought it back a few days later stating it still was not right. They "corrected it" but it was still doing the same thing. I was told to just keep driving it and it'll work itself out. Fast forward a few months to an unrelated problem. Car was towed to a different garage. Mechanic called to tell me the estimate for the current issue and without mentioning prior work I was told my power steering needs repairing and the belt that was replaced needs to replaced again as well. It usually has a life of 65k miles. Beware. read more

I brought my Mazda CX5 to the dealership for a 40,000 mile oil change and asked them to checkout my front driver's side tire which had a slow leak... The serviceman told me there was a nail too close to "sidewall" to be repaired. The serviceman recommended that I put two new tires in front. AND... if I bought three tires ($525.00) the fourth tire would be for free!!! WOW! I declined and when straight to "The Tire Place" in Bradley Beach, down the street from where I live (and have used for over 5 years)...and all that was needed was a "tire patch", $29.86,including tax! I pulled in with a trailer that had one bald tire and one flat tire due to a nail. I tried to buy one tire to replace the bald one and have the other one plugged. They refuse to plug the flat one as they wanted to sell me a second tire. I told them just one tire and put air in the other one I'll plug it myself If I have to. They refuse to put air in the tire and would not let me use their air so I left with a flat tire. They had a terrible attitude and I would not go back to them or refer anyone again. read more

I had a flat tire and my dad and I took it here to get patched. The guy who patched my tire and switched out my spare was extremely nice and professional. My dad told me about how great they are with my 95 year old grandmother who is hard of hearing and said the guy who worked on my car had "12/10 customer service." Couldn't recommend them enough. Super trustworthy, fair, and nice. Definitely recommend! read more

Horrible attitudes, bad tires that they do not want to take care of. These are arrogant guys, the manager and the employees. Terrible experience. The manager tried to charge me to fix a tire that was bad the day I got it, slowly leaking air, and the worker threw my keys and keychain on my hood of my mercedes. Never again! read more

They have also been straightforward with me and provided great service. Prices are comparable to on line tire companies after tires are mounted, balanced and installed. Will definitely return. read more

Update to review of four days ago: (previously: They lost all 6 of the screws to the large cover underneath my car when changing my oil. It took three return visits (and me holding the removed cover) for them to realize that this was the problem. They finally put zip ties on it to old it on and weren't going to tell me that they lost the screws and used zip ties.) UPDATE: They only zip tied the back of the unit and not the front. It came off again when driving about 60 down Route 18. George at E&G in Colts Neck ably fixed it and laughed at the shoddy work done at The Tire Place. It cost $95 to fix, the exact cost of the original oil change. The Tire Place in Bradley Beach is bad news. read more

Came here to get a tire plugged. Good service and reasonable prices, and relatively quick given they were down one technician. Tommy very kindly hammered out a dent in my rim for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend! read more

Approach with caution please , they put a new tires on my vehicle and did not put one of the tires on correctly and when I drove on the parkway the tire just pops off it was a very dangerous and scary moment for me. When I called they said it wasn't there responsibility I had to pay another shop and tow truck in all it was just a horrible experience and I do not recommend them at all. read more
