So I logged in with my google drive, which also didn't work. When employee Evelyn walked by, I asked her to help to clear the cache of my personal information, and she told me it was, except it wasn't because my credit card was still active. When I told her I needed the machine powered off to clear the cache of my personal information, she walked away and said "go ahead". I told her I could not find the power button, but Evelyn did not help. So I saw the plugs of the copy machines and started pulling them out, when I was body checked by Assistant Manager Al. I have a heart condition. Check your in-store surveilance tapes for that behavior and lack of assistance. Those two employees need retraining. And let's talk about legal action.

The tech worked for about 30 minutes and said that he fixed it. This service call fee was $165.00; a reasonable fee. The black streaks continued and got progressively worse over the next month. We called Anderson again and the same tech came out and did the same thing. It is still not properly fixed and they charged another $165.00. The first charge I understand; however, when the repair does not work, I don't think we should be charged in full again. Anderson refused to modify the charge.

This was the most bizarre and confrontational package pickup experience I've ever had. I got an email to pick it up from this location and to bring my photo ID, no mention of the tracking number. Right away the man behind the computer was furious when I presented my ID, I told him that my confirmation email said to bring ID and told me I should just go to UPS then. He then demanded a tracking number and said I was preventing paying customers from getting served. I found the tracking number and waited because he had made it seem like I was interrupting him, but then he yelled at me what was wrong with me got right in my face and yelled HELLO, give me the tracking number! I showed it to him on my phone and he yelled just to give him the last four digits, that I was useless. I was also wearing sunglasses, which he HATED and was yelling what are those? what do you think you're doing with those?! Which, I admit, really made me just want to keep them on because at that point I really didn't want to do anything that would potentially please him. I was dying to get out of there because I seriously just wanted my package and I wasn't expecting...to be confronted about it? Like, for why?
