I wish I could give zero stars. My experience with M3 was nothing but frustrating from the start. First, I had to wait weeks just to get my initial evaluation. I submitted all the paperwork that they required as well. They texted numerous times to confirm my appointment up to the day before and made me call to confirm. Could not just text back. After all that they canceled the morning of the appt. The entire process was a huge waste of time and extremely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone in need of physical therapy. Unprofessional and poorly trained front desk personnel. I tried to move from my existing physical therapy place (it is a corporate entity with many locations) to M3. The front desk personnel suggested that their therapist are of a higher ethical standard than my existing therapy place. Condescending and unprofessional to say the least! Next. she wants me to stop my therapy with the existing location, while I am in pain, so she can accurately bill me. I was invited to visit the location, fill out paperwork, only to be asked to stop visiting my therapist. I think this outfit is more concerned about billing than healing. read more

*Editing to reiterate that I'm not complaining on flare ups since I understand it's part of the recovery process. My main complain is the NEW pain that I have after being on treatment by this practice. If you have SI Joint problems... STAY AWAY. I've had SI Joint problems on and off for about a year now. My pain is very positional meaning that when the joints and sacrum are aligned, 95% of my pain is gone. I went with pain on my left SI Joint and while the first two or three weeks of treatment were helpful and helped me stay on alignment, I started to feel pain in my right side. They were treating that side so I thought this was normal and the pain will go away. However, the pain on the good side increased and increased over the course of the following two-three weeks where it's now unbearable. I was treated mainly by Raul who was very caring and helpful at the beginning. When I started complaining about the pain on my good side he mentioned that my head increased the pain and that I could go to a pain management clinic. Fun...! Not to mention that the last two weeks he has been treating me while texting on his iphone, laptop and/or watch... very rude. I started going to this place with high hopes on getting better and now... my life is ruined. THANK YOU. read more

Dr. Raul is the best. He is very knowledgeable and will treat you the right way. My right arm was hurting due to carrying my 7 months old baby and after several visits and exercises, my arm is a lot better. Pain is pretty much gone. Broke my femur during a mountain bike ride, my first sports injury ever, and had no idea what to expect with physical therapy. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating in every respect; professional, CLEAN environment, and skillful in every way. I was amazed by my progress and M3 was a substantial factor in my strengthening and agility. I was discharged today after 3 months and am back to doing everything I was before, and more. My daughter needed physical therapy for her foot and ankle after being in a hard caste for 6 weeks healing a broken foot. We had a few PT places near us to chose from that all had good reviews. However, very happy we chose we M3. The staff was always very friendly and courteous. They all communicated very well throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Andrea and Kristina for their wonderful attention, care, knowledge, and encouragement to my daughter! Hopefully no more injuries are in our future. I came to M3 Physical Therapy with extreme pain in my hips wherever I walked, or even lay in bed. Raul and his team treated me and prescribed an exercise routine that brought me back to absolutely painless walking and working out at the gym. Plus dark chocolate. My doctor suggested M3 after having a total knee replacement. At 78 years of age, I was a bit anxious but my therapist, Roberta Brehm, immediately put me at ease and developed a plan to suit my abilities. If one approach didn't work, she had another way of tackling the issue with grace and a steady, knowledgeable demeanor. At each session, Roberta reviewed my condition, put me through my workout and sent me home with exercises to do between sessions. She followed it up with an email recapping the exercises with examples on how to accomplish them. Long story short, I was able to regain strength and flexibility in the knee before using up my allotted sessions and am walking painlessly for the first time in years. Will be on the golf course next week. Everyone at M3 showed compassion and professionalism throughout my therapy and I would recommend them wholeheartedly. read more

After my M3 physical therapy I am able to walk better now than the first time I visited M3. My core strength has never been stronger, I can now stand, bend over and touch my fingers to the floor. when i do experience any back pain I can use the exercises and stretching that I have learned at M3 to ease my pain.
