They truly care, remember your name, and design a regimen of exercises that you're comfortable with. It's the finest physical therapy as it should be: simple, well understood and well described. A close friend of mine (who happened to be riding with me) recommended Dr Scott. I called his office and he squeezed me in the same day we were driving back from the mountains. He scheduled the MRI for me 10 minutes after my visit with him (conveniently located in his building), had the test read by a radiologist as well as reviewed it with a colleague hand expert the following afternoon. That evening he called me with the good (thankfully) news. I could not be more happy with his professionalism, kindness, and sense of urgency. I could not recommend this doctor more highly.....and, I can't think of any doctor who would go to these lengths in such a short amount of time!

Her answer to every question I asked was to tell me to "go to the website". I emailed the owner, David, twice to share my experience and he did not bother to respond. That was enough for me and I went elsewhere and found another PT center in Calabasas where I experienced excellent customer service. I would have given zero stars to Sports Motion if it was an option.
