The atmosphere is non-judgmental, community-oriented, and you can take things at your own pace. This location is one of the friendliest and cleanest of all I have visited in multiple states. Trainer Marie is amazing and goes out of her way to work with me and my limitations and push me out of my comfort zone. She always listens and makes adjustments in my sessions as needed. Very bad experience here is why: Yesterday became a new…read moremember and was told an email would be sent to me. I was called later in the day by a trainer who set an appointment today for a free evaluation. However, the "welcome" email was never received. When I went to the appointment I was denied entry. I asked the trainer if they would honor the appointment and he found that my email was not recognized because there was a clerical error in the spelling of the email during the application. The intake processor who made the error was sitting right next to the trainer while he was saying this but did not apologize nor did either of them acknowledge the inconvenience. Instead of making a correction and an apology they told me to call their HR department for requesting a correction. I was sent home. I am never returning, this is is not poor Customer Service this is an abomination.
