The coaches I've had the pleasure of getting to work with (Jaime, Drew and Dane) are awesome and really take time to interact with you on a personal level and make sure you're doing the movements and lifts properly so you don't end up hurting yourself. It's great to go to a gym where you feel the people training you actually care about your well being and progress. There's a variety of class based times and the workouts change daily. f45 does a fantastic job of meeting everyone where they are and pushing them to be there best. Coaches focus on getting to know members and their goals. I've met so many great people and it feels like a secondary home to me.

The coach was incredibly kind about my not knowing what I was doing, made sure I was comfortable and had good/safe form. The people in the class, however were the best part for me by far. If you've ever been new at a gym, you know sometimes they can be kind of clique-ish--not this one!! Everyone was very close knit and super excited to have a new person. I'll definitely be making this my new gym and singing its praises to anyone who will listen!
