Not recommended. I contacted Marc and he came out the next day to diagnose my refrigerator. Even though he said it would cost $175 to diagnose he seemed confident and after a month of not having a working refrigerator I wanted answers. I contacted a few other companies without success so I accepted hoping i would be able to fix the issue promptly. From the time he walked in the door he made me extremely uncomfortable, he was very quick to cut me off when I attempted to explain anything and he shared personal information that was unnecessary and implied he shouldn't be trusted. At one point he even apologized for his attitude. He was only in my home for twenty minutes, he pulled out the drawers took off 2 screws and said the compressors gone - this is junk. He was not familiar with my newer Refrigerator and I am not confident his diagnosis is accurate, so I am out $175 and need to find a qualified repair person. Lesson learned if you can't find current positive reviews there is a reason. read more

We had a small apartment fridge stop working and I called Ma & Pa Fix it all. Guy came over and determined the relay for the compressor was bad. He told whet parts to order and when the parts arrived, i wasn't sure which wire went where. He came over on a Sunday and gor the fridge running again! 5 Stars! read more

After seeing a YouTube video of what can happen if lint builds up inside your dryer, I figured it would be better to be safe than sorry. Ma and Pa's Fix it All got so many great reviews I set up an appt to get our 5 year old dryer checked out. Mark came by, took it all apart, showed me what he was doing and ended up charging us less then he originally quoted. He was very friendly and I was very happy with his service. Mark answered my call on a Sunday night, and made plans to come over the very next morning to have a look at our washing machine, which would not turn on. We ended up figuring out what was wrong with the machine and fixing it ourselves within the next hour, so will not need him to come over on Monday morning, but he will definitely be our first number to call should something break in the future, as he was very friendly, flexible, and kind on the phone, and I do not doubt he does excellent work! read more

Marc was punctual and professional at all times. He diagnosed the issues and helped me select the parts we needed on line. He came back once the parts came in and repaired the Dryer. I would definitely hire him again. He also pointed out that we were lucky that we did not have a fire dure to excessive lint build up on the heater. I called to have Mark from Ma & Pa Fix It All service some appliances. This was a referral from the Sears Home service contract I recently purchased. Mark and my wife exchanged all of the necessary information such as model and serial numbers for the appliances that needed repair, and he seemed very pleasant until he learned that the deductible for the contract was $75. He said he'd need to call Sears and find out what he would be paid for the job and he would call us back. That was July the 28th! Now 11 days later my wife called Sears who then called Ma & Pa Fix It All and they said he wasn't going to take the job. Well if he fixes appliances in the same conscientious way that he conducted our business I think in spite of the frustration and complete lack of anything even resembling customer service, him not fixing our appliances is probably be a win for me. Let the buyer beware with Ma & Pa Fix It All. If I could rate them lower than one star I would. read more
