I feed wild birds and go through a 40 pound bag of bird seed in a month, so the small bags wouldn't work for me. While looking for the bird seed, I didn't really see large bags of anything. This might be a good place to go for a lot of things but if you want a large quantity of something, this is not the place to go. It did seem like a nice mom and pop place to support, though.

I mentioned I wanted a sanitary trim and showed her how short I wanted it. I also mentioned the knots he had under his armpits and neck, and that I wanted that cut or brushed out. When I picked him up there was no sanitary trim done, only half of his belly hair was trimmed and the fur cut on his behind was INCREDIBLY choppy and still very long. It looks TERRIBLE! He still had all of the knots and he has been in distress ever since I picked up him up. He hasn't been acting the same and I have a feeling he was mistreated. Each time I pick him up he sounds like he's hurting, especially around his little arms; he doesn't let me pick him up for more than a few minutes. The first time I took him he looked perfect, and the groomer said he was sweet and everything had gone as planned. I was surprised since it was his first time. I left you guys great reviews for how well he was treated and how he turned out. I'm extremely disappointed in how his service went this past weekend. I felt terrible for 1: putting him through whatever the groomer did to him and 2: spending so much money for a service that could've been done better at Petco. You'll pay a premium expecting to receive good results or at least what you ask for, I'm disappointed to say I received the opposite and don't suggest you coming here for your cat.

I also bring her in to get her nails trimmed every two weeks. They do have small fees plus a clinic visiting fee of $5 which is nothing at all considering the fact there already fairly low. First time leaving our dogs here and we were impressed! We have had a Dog Sitter for years, but she…read morerecently had a change in jobs so she is no longer a dog sitting full-time. We were very nervous about having our dogs stay at a boarding facility. We were able to come tour and see the facility to make sure that we felt comfortable and confident leaving our dogs here. We left them for over a week. They seem to love it and were taken great care of. It seemed that they got to play a lot and we appreciated knowing that they were being watched over while we were away. Luckily it has scabbed over and did not need stitches. He had powder all over his paws from them cutting his nails too short. Every time I touched his paws he quickly pulled away. Benefits of adopting from the Puppy Store is he was being socialized everyday with people of all ages, socialized with other dogs, he was used to taking a bath (no anxiety), crate trained, and used to being around noises/a lot of activity. He is so calm on car rides and doesn't mind being buckled in for his own safety. He likes to stay close to us and always comes when called. We love our golden retriever; thank you!
