These guys are great; we always buy our Fromm brand food here for our fur baby. They are always friendly, and it's quick and easy to get in and out of this compared to the other Pet Stores. They have a great variety of high-quality foods for people who care about their pets, and it's nice to support a local business. Bath time! We recently visited Hound&Cat for a self serve dog wash! My dog is super afraid of anything metal so we were really glad to see that these are more like your bathtub at home. Big enough for his 70 lbs, and roomy enough for two people to help wash and scrub. Only $13 plus you can pick your shampoo type. Ever since we moved, we needed to find a new doggy shop that carries nutrisource pet food. I called around to lots of shops, and this was the only shop who carried it that was within distance to us! Their customer service is good, and they have good knowledge about their products. This place is soooooooooooo cute. My dog gets his healthy kibble and I get to fall in love with their aesthetics. Their prices are better than amazon! I've spent way too much money here with their puzzle toys, baking mixes, treats, goat milk, and more! I've also tried out their bath area. The water pressure on tub A is a bit weaker than other tubs, so keep that in mind. They have several options for shampoo that you pick when you reserve the tubs online. We brought our yellow lab in to the store and every employee worked together to help us get set up and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the cleaning. We were given 5 choices of soap and after making our selection the employee came back with a bottle full of soap. The tubs were clean from the previous customer, water pressure was perfect and blow dryer was good. We made a huge mess and before leaving we tried cleaning up after ourselves and the employees would not let us continuously telling us that they took care of it. Feeling guilty and wanting the staff to feel appreciated, I tried leaving a $5 tip. The owner told me sorry, we don't accept tips. They are awesome and did a wonderful job!!! This place is amazing! I just moved here recently. My dog has epilepsy and when she has a seizure she can get very smelly and gross. And it is so expensive to groom her everytime. Having this self serve dog wash is the best. And the owners are awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. And they provide so much for you.
