I was glad for the help. The saleswoman there was trying to do a skin analysis on my cheek. She tried 2 different machines and they wouldn't work. So she went to find another one. When she finally came back I asked to sit down while she did this. I am 71 and recent knee surgery. I didn't request the skin analysis she offered so I could buy a new skincare and makeup line. She told me no they absolutely do not allow anyone to sit except if they booked a service. I gave them the basket of all the other items, fragrance, Lip gloss and gifts I was going to purchase, then left and went to Ulta. The second time I went with my daughter and the sales person was helping her with makeup. She left to go get something for her and never returned. She walked past her several times but never acknowledged her again. I didn't understand what that was about but again we went to Ulta and got all of her items. Never again Sephora Liberty Center. On another note every other Sephora I have been on has been a great experience. Including the ones in Kohls

They have some specials they offer as well but they are not pushy about them.

I bought a Groupon for a facial. No plans to go back anytime soon…read more To begin, it is very difficult to reach this salon. The phone does not ring through. I finally found their website (one of several) and, with fingers-crossed, scheduled an appt online. I was convinced that when I'd show up, they wouldn't have my appt or the place would have been shuttered. neither was the case; however.... The salon was completely dark. No lights in the entry, no lights in the back hall going to the treatment rooms. I waited for over 15 mins past my scheduled time and then waited for another 10 mins once in the treatment room. The music was loud, distracting, and nothing I'd normally listen to. I asked if the volume could lowered, and she did turn it down, only to have someone else turn it back up. The treatment room was clean and comfortable (except for the loud, annoying music). The dermaplaning and facial were meh... definitely not on par with other facials I've had, especially at these prices. Oh, and bring your own eye shades, they don't provide them or any other adequate means to protect your eyes. With the bright light shining on my face to allow her to do her job, all she used to cover my eyes were 2 cotton pads. The dermaplaning was a half-a$$ job with areas of my face completely missed. The peel afterwards was nothing more than a lotion. Kinda got the feeling that if you're not one of her "glamorous" regulars, even with a Groupon, you get poor service. Overall, I think for a 45 min facial, they're way overpriced... even with a Groupon. You'd think if you're going to spend money advertising on Groupon that you would at least make those customers feel welcomed, walking away from your salon feeling good. Not here. They might as well toss their advertising dollars out the window.
