She rushed my make up and I eventually had to wash it off when I got home as she pounded so much concealer under my eyes that the make up got into my eyes and was stinging me until it was washed off. The artist was extremely polite and a good artist however given her circumstances the customer suffered. MAC needs to do better at making sure the store has coverage. I have not had a make up session in quite some time and i don't care to have one again because of the experience I received.

Couldn't even get your face beat without a million folks walking by staring and asking questions in the middle of your session. So thank you for handling that MAC. This makeup is expensive and yeah I want special attention away from all the ladies spraying you with perfume that you didn't ask for. Since the upgrade there are multiple registers to check out and more areas dedicated for makeup application only. I'm not sure what to make of it but sometimes there seems to be too many people staffed and other times not enough. Then again I visit all times of the day. Lunch, after work, early in the morning on weekends and sometimes right before an even or photo shoot in the evening. I take makeup seriously(enough) so I really don't mind waiting around to ask a question, get a sample or demonstration before I drop $$ on a product(s). I have had two full face applications and unfortunately remember the beautiful young woman or handsome big eyed gentleman that hooked me up but when I do I will update. Don't want to offend anyone with physical descriptions since everybody is so sensitive now. I noticed that they intentionally separated the registers and product by a wall. Smart move because I can't tell you how man indecisive chicks I have patiently waited behind while they second guess their purchases. They still offer the option of doing your makeup if you spend more than $50 and if they aren't busy you can usually get a quick beat. You can book appointments over the phone if you can't stop by to schedule. I feel like the selection here is smaller than the one in the galleria but maybe its just me....

I wandered around on my own at first, then walked back to that employee as I needed a little help. She was quick to help, ask questions to understand what I needed and guided me to what I was looking for. At some point, another employee took over for her and he was equally helpful and friendly! I found a couple things for my friend and he helped me pick out a nice little box to put them in to create a little gift set for her.
