Top, bottom, could park a car in the middle and worst of all, BOTH TAILS ARE GONE. All females KNOW , how long this will take. Months, years... if ever . I've just had to invest in $78 serum , $30 vitamins , $40 waterproof pomade and worst of all , I will likely require to get my eyebrows micro bladed . I can never come back here again. I'm mortified. I also got a bikini wax and a complimentary burn to come with it . She kept saying it couldn't go any lower but the wax had been on HOT for hours before that. Not to mention the hair still exists and I'll have to shave anyway. My upper lip same thing . Still lots of hairs . She took the whole tail off my eyebrow so much so that the lady at the front offered me her own personal new eyebrow pencil. It was a nightmare and I am sure there are others here that are proficient so not trying to take the whole salon down ... Julia is not one of them. I'd like to mention she waxed over the same spots over and over and over which is a HUGE no no. If she's advertising she's a brow specialist , it's unfair to clients like myself . Who now are suffering the consequences. She could have said I'm not comfortable doing them and i GLADLY , would have gone somewhere else or done them myself . I'd- like to add that the salon owner called and tried to remedy. It's apparent she's proud of her salon and willing to fix the problem. She was very lovely and empathetic . Assured me this employee will receive training in the future . I will give them a second try with a new technician.

I have experienced a few times lately the shades I want to buy are sold out which is why I am giving it a four star rating. They do offer to ship it to your house however that can take up to two weeks. Take away- don't be like me and wait until your product is out before trying to stock up again! They have a $25 or less section which gets me every time! I find the best trial sized products there that end up being my favorites and when I come back I'll get the full sized version. My favorite brands are too faced, benefit, urban decay and drunk elephant. There is something for everyone here and they also have great gifts! She took her time and included was a leg scrub and massage. I passed on the scrub but took advantage of the massage which included some lotions and an oil. I look forward to coming back in the near future. There is plenty of strip mall parking in their lot. The only tricky thing about the location as you'll see in the pic is it looks like it's "asis" and not "Oasis".

I loved going here for 3 years, until i had an absolute horrific manicure and confronted the…read moremanagement about it as I had never had such a horrible experience there. I paid over 120 dollars for a gel manicure and pedicure. The manicure started chipping within 2 days. Hairline cracks appeared on 2 nails below the white part of the nail. I thought i had possibly gotten an old bottle of polish or that it was applied too thick. When I called to schedule an appt to take it off and get a manicure with no polish I told them I expect at least part of this to be compensated as I have been going there 3 years and this manicure was not the quality I usually receive, so much so that i have to take time out of my day for an extra appt. This means i have to leave work, drive there and sit there for them to fix my nails that should have been done correctly in the first place. So the manager, Wah, reaches out via voicemail and says he would like to talk but wont be in this afternoon. I then get an email the next morning saying I didnt call him back and he wants to talk to me. I quickly responded to the email, pointing out he told me he wouldnt be in and provided times i was free that day and he called. This was the worst customer service call i have had in all 40 plus years of my life. Wah was extremely agressive and had to make a point to tell me that polish doesnt chip that way. I told him i have never had this happen to me before and this is why i was wanting it taken off - I was not asking for a free gel manicure, i simply wanted it taken off and then to clean up the nails that had ripped. He kept on about how the nails and polish cant chip the way I was saying, essentially calling me a liar. So I told him that I didnt think the conversation was going anywhere and it was clear he was not going to help (since all he was saying is that I was lying essentially). He finally said he would refund the card but I am no longer allowed to go there. For what? Calling out one bad manicure in 3 years of service? How ridiculous is that. I told him to keep his $35 dollars, I will never be returning. Unfortunately, who he really hurt with his overly aggressive male attitude was the best manicurist i had in a long time and routinely paid over $20 tip to (not the one who did my nails that particular day as my regular girl was not available). Loosing clients is never justified by having to prove you are right, Wah, especially over $35. Great job hurting your business and the people who work for you. STAY AWAY, AS SOON AS YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU AS A CLIENT.
