I wanted to get extensions for a holiday party, so I found Lash Addicts. I'm very satisfied with the application of my lashes! Izzie did a great job and she was very detailed. She asked me what kind of shape I preferred. I went with a natural, cat-eye look that was shorter in the corner of my eyes and longer at the outer edge. I have to remember not to rub my eyes or get them wet! It's tough in the shower because I can't wipe the water out of my eyes, but beauty is pain! I've included a picture of my lashes a week and a half after they were applied. It still looks good! I notice that some lashes fall out every once in a while. Izzy worked on me for almost two hours, painstakingly applying each lash with such gentle care that I aaaaaalmost fell asleep. The salon is so pretty and girly and clean. Extensions get a bad rap due to techs putting them on incorrectly, go to Lash Addict if you don't want your natural lashes to get damaged. They have the best trained techs, I wouldn't trust anyone else. Have been going to lash addict for all my lash needs and they are the best. Never had damage to my regular lashes, ever. The salon is super girly, clean and refreshing. Your instantly greeted with a friendly face who can answer a lot of your lash questions/concerns. You'll be surrounded by a clean and fab space while you wait for your services. Parking is street as well as business parking on the right side of establishment. I went today to Estela, she is amazing. She took her time and wow, they look amazing. I highly recommend her. I'm very picky, and she impressed me. Terrible experience. I had my brows waxed here Saturday 12/18/21 and it ripped the top layer of skin off my lashes. It was not even a thorough waxing and I had to point out the hairs still visible. Attached pics an hour after and 2 days later. Red lizardlike skin turning brown. NOT the look I wanted to have for my entire vacation in Lake Tahoe. Salon did not take any responsibility and told me I should do threading next time. A tech called and told me how to wound care it and that it will go away in a week. This was my first time getting lashes and I am so glad I went to Dulce at Lash Addict! I was totally unsure of how the process went but Dulce was amazing and told me exactly what she was doing since I was a first timer. I really appreciated her asking to see inspiration pictures (below) and I feel she was so true to what I asked for. I hate to give a bad review, but my mom and I both had a terrible experience with microblading our eyebrows here. Not only did over half of the microblading fall off during the scabbing phase and never returned (despite assurances by staff that it would "come back" once healed), but my mother and I were both upcharged $50 each for "corrections." These "corrections" were supposed to be skin colored ink that covered up what we were told were mistakes by a prior artist... Tell me, do you think that looks covered up or good in any way to you? My poor mother is stuck with basically a permanent double-eyebrow on the right! I truly feel awwwful since I set the appointment up for us both. When I called and asked what could be done, the only response I was given was that I could come in and pay again for a "touch-up." No thanks! I won't be giving any more of my money to this place. I already had to pay $650 to an actual professional to fix the weird split end at the end of my eyebrow that she "corrected." Sadly, my moms eyebrow can't even be fixed and she will just have to wait for it to fade. Also, I was told that I could "just use makeup to cover it up." Hello?! Why would I pay for microblading just to have to put makeup on every day to make it look normal? This place may do a good job on lashes, but do NOT get suckered in by cheap prices (not so cheap, really - $850) for microblading. You may seriously regret it. *Update! I was a bit concerned about what type of response I would get from the owner of Lash Addict Studio, after posting my reviews and BBB complaint, as I have seen/heard others mention the bullying tactic the staff and ownership have used to avoid negative reviews and refunds. While they did reply to BBB, I suspect it was the receptionist as it was a flat out lie, that I wouldn't communicate with them, when in fact I had directly been communicating with the owner to a resolution. I am fully satisfied with the full refund they mailed to me, I would have been satisfied at the onset, if they had offered it vs starting a defensive accusatory text thread with me (to which I didn't engage/respond to). As someone who has owned many businesses over the last 25 years (now retired), I am aware of what people can do to bring down your business. That was not my intent here. I believe it is imperative that the business provide exemplary services and customer support. I suspect the only reason the owner was amenable immediately to a full refund, is due to my sharing their customer mockery from their stories on Instagram (which they immediately removed). The toxic business environment starts at the top, if the employees are being rude & disrespectful, it's a supported behavior that comes from the top. I believe their goal for refunding is to refund then demand removal of my reviews because of the photo evidence and/ or they will defend the review with the "we fully refunded her" response. After my initial review on yelp, I received the standard... call us, in response. After my BBB complaint I received a text offering a full refund in exchange for removing my review. She text the following: "I'll be happy give you a full refund. Will that help you enough to remove all bad reviews and this last report"? To me, this is a bad business practice and a false presentation of the business. It felt as if she was trying to buy me off. She didn't simply offer up a refund, she offered up a refund in exchange for removal of the honest reviews. Before buying the initial groupon, I read all the reviews for her studio and for others.. If the ownership is pushing people to remove their honest reviews that are negative and pushing clients to put up a positive review within hours of getting extensions, the public is being misled.. How will we know if the business is in fact providing the best service available. We won't. Therefore, as I replied to her, I'd update my reviews. Now you have the information to decide whether or not to do business with this company. read more

I have been going to lash addict studio for a while on and off now. I used to live in Riverview so it was just to far of a drive. I just moved to St Pete and this location is about 15 minutes away now, so I definitely won't go anywhere else!!! Everyone is super friendly and make you comfortable. Shaye and Tara are literally the best!!! They have slayed my lashes multiple times and I won't ever go to anyone else. I mean sometimes the lashes do fall off naturally pretty early, but they are so nice and let me come in so it can be fixed. I really appreciate the work they do on my lashes! It's crazy how just getting some lash extensions can make you feel so much better and you don't even have to wear makeup. I can't say enough good things about my lash tech, Maddie. I've been going to her for my volume lashes for about 5-6 months (I just moved here from Boca Raton) and not only do they look beautiful EVERY SINGLE TIME but she's a sweetheart. I also have noticed that they last longer (not sure if it's the glue or something she's doing different than others). Maddie is by far my favorite lash tech that I've come across since living here.. I LOVE MY LASHES! I got a Groupon deal to come here and got a full volume set. Making an appointment was easy and I was able to see Gabrielle to get my set. The application process took about an hour and a half, which isn't that bad honestly. I woke up very surprised when I saw my eyelashes. I had never seen them so full or beautiful unless I had falsies on. I consistently get compliments about my lashes now and I love waking up with full lashes. They are so pretty! I did have some fallout happen immediately after I got my lashes done, I'm not sure why since I didn't get them wet or use makeup. I bought a living social deal for Natalie and she was fabulous! I had some crazy last minute schedule conflicts and she was very accommodating - although she is usually very booked so I suggest making appointments way in advanced. The salon was so cute and girly with big comfy couches where you can just nap (which I did!) while the lash techs work their magic. Natalie was already waiting for me when I arrived (a little late..yikes) but she was super sweet about it. I asked for a more dramatic look for Vegas this weekend and she immediately went to work. The only thing that bothered me was that the glue was very strong and it kept wafting up my nostrils through the application which made me a little high lol. After an hour, we were done and I loved it! The total with tip was $100 (regular $200) and refills are $30/30 min I believe.. I visited Lash Addict in Seminole before having engagement photos done and expecting I'd want them for my wedding as well. I had previously tried lash extensions with another company about four years ago and was very disappointed... they had felt like plastic and were not comfortable. I ended up taking them off about three weeks later. BUT my experience with Lash Addict was completely the opposite. The lashes are silk and are featherlight, I can't even tell I'm wearing them. Also they've been easy to care for. My lash tech is Estela and she has a great philosophy... that wearing lash extensions should make your life EASIER not more work! I called them and find out that i have to contact them in 3 days after i got it done if anything happens . Well, the lashes do not fall off that fast. It takes time. I wasn't asking for full refill. Just a little bit, so it doesn't look funny. But only way i can get it fix is paying another $65 for 1 hour appointment instead of $85( the deal they give me) I already paid $ 150 a week ago. First time getting my lashes done. The studio made the experience great! I booked last minute and was able to schedule lashes, eyebrow wax and tinting. All services came out great! I got the natural lashes and at first was a little shocked by how they looked. I'm naturally blonde and I've never seen myself with eyelashes besides caked on mascara. She said she is the newest lash artist so she might take a little longer, and that if I got home and needed adjustments I could come back no charge.
