    Almond croissant

From the moment you walk in the French folk music playing sets the relaxed tone for the experience. Calm and soothing. Our waitress, Valentine was very attentive and kind. The food perfection. The lemon crepes and goat cheese red pepper quiche paired with fruit and an almond croissant was very satisfying. We share our dishes so they accommodated side plates. The kids had Nutella and banana crepe and ham and cheese stuffed scrambled egg on a croissant. Brought us back to Paris and loved it!

Fruit tart was very mediocre. It looked good from in the showcase tho. Hazelnut croissant was ok.

We came here because years ago and it was a nice experience, the food was good and the prices weren't as much as they are now. $17 for a breakfast sandwich was outrageous, but it was worth a shot. It was nothing to write about, there was no flavor at all. Even grilled everything inside was cold. We waited a very long time for our food, our server never checked on us, she just stood there on her phone. We also got the bacon pea soup, which was ok, but the portion was not worth the price. We go the check and after saw that I was charge for a croissant when my sandwich stated it came on one. The server said to me "the menu states it can change at any time" I was appalled and asked for the manager. She told me she was not there and to call tomorrow. I asked for my money back and she said call tomorrow. I asked if she could do anything. She said no. I then said well how about you give me a croissant since I paid for one. She told me she wasn't suppose to but gave me one. I home the owner sees this, there are cameras in the restaurant blatantly so they can see. I should have known when I went in and there was food left on the table outside that wasn't cleaned up, that it wasn't going to be a good experience.

I stopped by for coffee and I was glad I did. I liked the atmosphere of the place the minute I walked in. The nice open space looked great. The music and decorations looked very nice. It will take you to another place. They have the coffee menu posted on a big board. I ended up also getting a croissant it was good. They make bread here fresh. The kitchen is kinda open you can see some of the cool process of making the goodies they sell. The pastries displayed all looked good. It was hard to pick one. The quiches displayed looked good. It was hard to pick something here. The staff was friendly. The lady by the counter answered all my questions. She made me great coffee and I was happy. I wish I had seen this place before. I would have loved to try their breakfast.

The Almond Croissant was just as I remembered in France, but the staff is much friendlier! What a great find. Can't wait to come back.

Food - 5 stars; clever menu, with almost any kind of crêpe you can imagine. I had "La Parisienne" and it was delicious. Everyone else at the table (about a dozen in total) was pleased with their order. Service - 4-1/2 stars. They have normal operations down to a science. It took a little extra effort to get them to bring salt and pepper shakers. Ambiance - 4-1/2 stars. Bright and cheerful.

Dmtrij and Eva Scuka from the Czech Republic opened it in the spring of 2024 after their successful venture next door, Sushi Bang Bang. I was next door at Quirky Natives when I spotted Sinful Crepes. I was staring longingly at their specials posted on the window, but I saw they were closing in half an hour. I didn't want to disturb them, so I made a mental note to come back. I was just about to leave when the owners' son, Antonin, stepped outside and asked if I wanted to come in for food. I was starving and didn't need much convincing. I was the only customer, and I was treated like a VIP. As a dog lover, I absolutely adored their whimsical French Bulldog decor created with a 3D printer. You can even purchase one to take home. Sinful Crepes is open for breakfast and lunch. The menu is divided into sweet and savory crepes. You can build your own or choose one of their signature crepes. I chose the La Parisienne, a delicate, rich crepe with roast beef, melted cheese, cornichons, lettuce, and tomato. They added honey mustard for me, and all of the crepes are customizable. The perfectly toasted crepe arrived chock-full of savory filling, and I enjoyed it down to the last scrumptious bite. The sweet crepes they offered to make me were very tempting, but I was too full. I will definitely be back for one soon, though. Thank you, Antonin, for inviting me in and being such a hospitable host. Sometimes I am so busy I forget to eat on the weekends, and I felt so much better after eating. The fanciful décor, delicious food, and welcoming vibe make Sinful Crepes a five-star experience!

The attention to detail, from the custom hard covered menus to the poetic signage on the walls added a touch of character. The barista, Elizabeth, provided superb hospitality and a personalized delicious espresso experience which seemed to reflect the overall thoughtful service of the cafe. The oversized cakes are available for customer's sweet tooth or parties, which definitely added a fun element, even if the crepes and waffles aren't available for catering. The outside covered seating was inviting on this cool day but chose to take a small inside table listening to soft music while relaxing with my espresso. The unisex bathroom with separate stalls for girls and guys certainly adds a quirky and modern twist to the cafe's atmosphere. It's alluring design choice that sparks curiosity and adds to the overall unique vibe of the space, blending practicality with a bit of mystique. It's not often you come across this kind of setup, so it would definitely be a conversation starter for those who notice - like me. This surely was a place that offered something a bit different. Will return soon to take a chance at the loaded Nutella Fruit Waffles or a Boston Chocolate Batter Crepe and update my review.
