Easy parking right out front--already winning. We rolled in at that dreamy 2:40 "is it still brunch or am I just living my best life?" hour, and the menu had plenty to keep everyone happy. Service was super friendly and actually genuine (bless--no fake smiles, just nice, normal humans). Prices bounce around depending on what you order, which honestly works--especially if you're vegetarian and like having options that don't feel like an afterthought. Now... the apple pie mascarpone stuffed French toast ($15). Listen. This thing is reckless. Absolutely delicious, but if you're trying to keep your dignity--or your group chat--intact, maybe don't photograph it. It's giving "worth every bite" and "see you at the gym never." I went with the chickpea and squash rice bowl ($22), which was hearty and satisfying without knocking me into a food coma. Mom had the fried fish sandwich (around $22-$24) and was very pleased--always a win. We sat outside because inside felt like the Arctic unless you brought a parka. The host opened the sunshades for us, and suddenly it was breezy, sunny, and perfect. Major upgrade. Only tiny gripe: the iced tea glasses are on the petite side. Fine for my 83-year-old mom, but my husband and I could've easily gone through six. I'm happy to pay--just keep the refills coming like we're in a hydration marathon. Bathrooms were clean (two single restrooms, nicely decorated), and the music ranged from '80s to now--totally fine as long as it stays at a "we can still hear each other" volume, because no one wants to shout over brunch. All in all: great food, clean spot, genuinely kind service. Go. Bring your appetite--and maybe stretchy pants.

I've been to Stage for lunch, dinner and happy hour because it's so close to the job. I paid with my own money for lunch, it was my first time. It's not a cheap lunch but not overly expensive, avg $22 or so. However, I knew then I wouldn't return if I were paying. The food is mid and it might have been my expectations. I was ordering an Indian dish, give me Indian. I tasted some aspects but it definitely has some fusion aspects. Drinks are pricey. Service was ok all times so no complaints. The restaurant is nice but a bit small.

It had been a while since I've been back here. They have happy hour at bar and High tops 2-6pm. I opted for the grilled cheese and patatas bravas on the happy hour menu. The hot and bothered was really good. I was disappointed in the food items I ordered. The grilled cheese seemed like it was made from regular white sandwich bread and the patatas were more like home fries. I would expect this restaurant to make the grilled cheese with fresh local sourdough. The grilled cheese was nothing outstanding. If I had ordered this on the regular menu at $16 I would have been upset. The patatas were more fried than I was expecting. Our server was really nice and attentive, so we're all the other employees I came in contact with. There's plenty outdoor seating. Free parking.

I was in Palm Beach for a few days for a conference and went to dinner at Stage with some peers. I didn't know want to expect and I didn't look up reviews until I got there! I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered an espresso martini, tuna balls, ceviche, and bang bang cauliflower! The food was flavorful and delicious. Stage is an Indian-fusion cuisine concept and the flavors of the dishes I tried were incredible. I also had a bite of fried chicken and it was tasty! The service was nice and friendly. The vibe was relaxed and causal.

We shared the plantain chaat which is so delicious, another dish with cauliflower, veggies, pea shoots, pomegranate seeds, so delicious!! Also the lamb kabobs, amazing! Cocktails perfect! Service was really good; place is nice casual and the atmosphere puts u somewhere special.

Incredibly delicious food & drinks. Absolutely LOVED the Korean bbq ribs but they do have quite the kick to them so if you're sensitive to heat, I recommend trying something else! The tuna bombs were bomb, and the butter chicken was divine. Great date night spot. Service was excellent and attentive. Need to go back ASAP!

After having this spot on my list for nearly two years, I'm finally crossing it off and not for the reasons I hoped. I sat at the bar and it took quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. The staff just wasn't friendly or welcoming. A new guy showed up on the scene to save the day and he was in better spirits but they'll probably ruin him soon. The drinks and the patrons were definitely the highlight, but the food itself was underwhelming. I was grateful for the happy hour pricing as I would have been displeased to pay full price. The patrons were nice and helped lift the experience a bit, but overall this was a first and last visit for me. Ella Curry & cocktails offers a much better experience, and food with far friendlier service.

Everything at this place is phenomenal! One of the best restaurants in PGA with ties to Ela Curry about 10 minutes away from it. There's also a ton of GF options. The food is really just incredible. They have the best Naan I have ever had. I highly highly recommend the wagyu beef tartare it's unlike any other one and it's off the charts. Oh and they have a Gf fried chicken which is incredible. The service is amazing and it's a nice atmosphere with a bit of an upscale dining feel. You know it's great when the chef walks around to ask people about their meal. If you're looking for Indian food with a bit of a twist that's a little more modern this is the spot. I highly recommend! 10/10 Check out the pics I posted.

yum this place was awesome!!! great service and large parking lot. went on friday night and it was busy but not EXTREME. they have both outdoor and indoor seating. good, fun vibes! everything we ate was delicious -- moist chicken, tender octopus, perfectly-fried cauliflower... cheese naan was suuuuper cheesy and tasty. broccolini was a bit oily but still good. can't wait to come back and try more!

I was in the PGA area and had heard about this Michelin recommended restaurant. I love Indian food, so figured this place would be great. And it really was! The fusion on flavors was fabulous. They had a 3 course lunch special and all of it was delicious. I left full and satisfied! Will be back again!

Ventured a bit out of our usual area for a date night to check out the newly opened Stage in Boca Raton. From the moment we arrived, the energy was buzzing and we were seated promptly. Our server, John, set the tone for the night with his humor and attentive service, making sure we were well taken care of. We kicked things off with some cocktails, followed by a trio of appetizers: Bang Bang Cauliflower, Shishito Peppers, and Oysters. Each dish was bursting with flavor, setting high expectations for the rest of the meal. Craving Indian cuisine, I opted for the Butter Chicken as my main course, and it did not disappoint--rich, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. Having been a fan of their PGA location, I was thrilled to see that the Boca Raton spot delivered the same top-tier experience. From the lively ambiance to the outstanding food and service, Stage has once again proven itself as a must-visit. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I came here for a lunch and the place was empty. Service was very good. The food was great. The inside was decorated very well. I didn't give a 5 star because they did have a mix up on the lunch menu. Over the phone they said the lunch menu is available weekdays and weekends but in person it was only for weekdays. They did compliment us with the lunch menu since we called ahead a couple days prior to our lunch.

SIMPLE FISH- it was out of this world!

Ask the Community - Stage Kitchen & Bar

Does the restaurant have a bar and tvs to have dinner?

There is a bar. I don't recall seeing tvs.

Can any of the vegetarian dishes on the menu be made vegan?

Typically if it's vegetarian, it's because of a cream base. There are plenty of other options that are vegan appropriate.

    Do they have happy hour?

Their happy hour is 4-6 but only in the bar section and only on the drinks. No food included at all.

Another dear friend of mine had an upcoming birthday and would be away on a cruise so we opted to dine here to celebrate. We sat outside on the covered patio and enjoyed lupper. We shared a variety of items and started with the Parker House bread which is paired with an insanely delicious caramelized onion butter and a trio of tuna poke tacos. Both of these appetizers were superb! The billowy soft roll blanketed in the onion butter was dreamy and the tuna inside the tacos was well flavored and very fresh. Moreover, the combination of textures: the crispy taco shell with soft tuna harmonized extremely well. After we enjoyed the starters, we shared the seasonal chopped salad. The vinaigrette was magnificent and the sweet potatoes were roasted to perfection and danced delightfully with the cranberries and goat cheese. Finally, we shared the Clubhouse California sandwich and fries which we had the kitchen split for us. The sandwich featured toasted multigrain bread with a grilled chicken breast, gruyère, avocado, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and a sriracha aïoli. We requested this be held on the side and served along with a side of honey mustard. Unfortunately, there was an error and this didn't occur. I absolutely detest mayonnaise which is why I preferred it be served on the side just in case I could taste it. Luckily, I didn't mind the aïoli being I didn't taste any mayonnaise. It also had a gentle kick due to the sriracha that paired well with the accompanying ingredients. We washed down our meals with club soda paired with lime and good ole fashioned H20. I had mentioned to our server Morgan that it was my friend's birthday so after our meal she and her team brought out a hot brownie with vanilla ice cream and a candle and sang "Happy Birthday." It was such a special touch and very appreciated. Our dining experience was delightful and I will definitely return. The inside of the restaurant along with the bar is beautiful offering great views and the restroom was very clean. There is some walking involved from the parking lot to the dining room, but valet parking is an option.

Everything from the ambiance to the food and even the service was phenomenal. Great dining room area with both an outdoor and indoor bar. We sat with the bartender AB that immediately greeted us with waters and their menu. They are currently running a pick 2 for $15.99 menu that has some pretty great options. We had 2 meals & chose the wings, blackened shrimp po boy with the small gumbo's. Wings were super crispy, juicy, and tender. With a nice light Smokey taste. They buffalo and blue cheese sauce was actually pretty impressive. The po boy had a good amount of shrimp to bread ratio, with a nice sauce included. The gumbo had a deep rich flavor, but was not overly heavy with fatty meats. We were also informed of the happy hour oyster special, so we ended up getting a few of the rockerfella and raw. The rockerfella was amazing with melty cheese, a nice garlic flavor, & served with crispy bread slices. The raw came with crackers, lemon, wine vinegar, and a tasty cocktail sauce. Both were delicious. Marco, the manager came and spoke with us about our experience which really showed the attention to detail this restaurant offers. After sharing our story of visiting New Orleans a few years ago and bragging about the beignets, he brought us 2 out to finish our meal. I have to say, these were better than the ones I've had at cafe beignet in NOLA. They were HOT out the fryer to the point where the powdered sugar was slightly melted. Crisp outside dough but gooey soft in the center. A unreal experience to end a fantastic meal. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. Luckily my sister lives 5 mins from this place but I would easily drive a hour or 2 when visiting from out of town just for this experience.
