She clearly saw me in the line for air while she was airing the car ahead of me and not only did she NOT air my tires, she abruptly closed the bay door in my face. As I sat there in shock trying to process what had just happened, Micah came out to my car and stated, "Haha, THAT Rachel! She said we're closed for business. I said, "Haha, Rachel, be nice, haha!" - Micah kindly spent less than a minute airing my tires to 35 psi, as I requested. This is not a laughing matter! The level of disregard and disrespect for A LOYAL, PAYING CUSTOMER is UNPHATHOMABLE! And today I just noticed that 2 lug nuts were left off my front passenger side of my pickup the last time I was there a couple weeks ago. This is a place that specializes in tires, there is No excuse for this. I have a nice warranty on the car with the leaky tire so I will continue to let them service that vehicle until it needs new ones. Once I contact them about the nuts being gone from my pickup, I will go elsewhere from now on with it. I'm sure these guys will make this right with me, the manager is a very good guy. Not only did they say that they had to charge me for another analysis, but they made me wait for 8 hours, the entire day, and when it was 5 pm, they told me that I would have to come back the next day. It turns out that they did not reset the ABS sensor, which was clearly their error!! They also neglected to reset my cruise control. They clearly intended to charge me again for their negligence. He also jumped on my case for having an upset attitude when I found that they were going to make me wait all day on a maybe they will have. There were three other women there who waited for more than 5 hours; one of them just had a hole in her tire. My God, that is ridiculous! A man came in, and they took care of him in less than half an hour. So taking advantage of women seems to be part of their wheelhouse. They charged my sister 85. for 5 minutes to put a part on her door and 100. for a 15. part. Talk about excessive. Didnt want them to get sprayed with it. Up on the lift and they found a screw hole. A quick plug, checked all the tires and rolled me out. No cost, but I made sure to tip the guys doing the tires. Always a good thing. Harrington is a great place to get oil changes, tires and other small jobs. Pretty much a first come first serve for most things. There is a diner right next door to wait at or they have a waiting area inside and out. Great local business.
