Once I arrived, I had a friend check it out, only to tell me it sounded like a wheel baring. I took it to the shop he recommended, where they confirmed it and commented how lucky I was that my wheel didn't give out on the road. Despite the holiday, they were quick to order the part and got my car in the same day. The communication was great from start to finish. I knew exactly how much the parts were, they called to let me know there was a bit of a delay because the job was slightly complicated. Luckily I had friends to catch up with and thought nothing of it. When I picked up my car, it was purring, something I hadn't experienced in a while, since I'd apparently gotten used to the howl. They'd checked my fluids and belts, knowing I had a long drive home, just to be on the safe side, and even offered to order touch up paint noticing a scrape across the front fender. I can't comment on the waiting room, etc., as I didn't stay, but I would definitely recommend anyone in the greater Little Rock/NLR area to call S&F for honest, affordable car repair and maintenance!

Conveniently placed near one of the exits closest to LRAFB you can't help but peruse the inventory that he tends to carry. From Corvettes, to Mustangs, to a little red Fiat Cinque-Cento (500) Abarth. Friendship auto has had some choice rides that make you want to stop for a gander. And gander I did... It wasn't until I passed a 2015 Subaru WRX in World Rally Blue that I decided to stop. We talked about the car, and he instilled a confidence in me that most used car dealers are never able. Why? Because he loves cars and he loves the people who love them as well. His cars are priced to compete with local dealers near and far and they're priced for him to gain little to just enough. There's no crazy mark up, and he's a no haggle kind of guy. Which I'm fine with... If you know what you want and you have done your research. Then you'll know the prices are right and that he prices his inventory to move. The experience was a good one and moved quick, but there are a few concessions you'll have to make. No fill up and wash, but I'm alright with it. It's something to note for those that weigh that but know the experience is superb. Friendship Auto deserves this highly rated review. Dan is about the details of the cars on his lot, it helps you to take notice, and notice you will. Keep an eye out because he always has something for everyone. Especially us petrol head types.

Russell Chevrolet in Sherwood is where I've been getting service and maintenance done on my car,…read moreand they are reasonable on prices, but even more importantly, they are HONEST. 2 things...1,a few oil changes ago there was an accident where the oil fill went bad and covered the engine and lots of the exterior of my car with oul. They went above and beyond to make it right. 2, today I was in for brakes and tires. Thought I needed pads for sure as I have 88k miles and needed rotors turned as they had warped. Now there's many service departments out there that will say you need all kinds of things repaired or replaced, but not Russell...they called to tell me all I needed was the rotors turned and that the pads still had plenty of life left...saving me about a grand. In this day and age finding a service department you can trust is HUGE. Hats off to Russell Chevrolet for getting it right!

When I arrived, I was told the vehicle was actually in the shop with electrical issues and not available to see or test drive. The salesperson said the automated response system had confirmed availability without anyone verifying it first. I also provided my contact information twice during the visit, but my phone number was never written down. I did get to test drive the same model, which was helpful, but the vehicle I originally came to see was priced about $12,000 lower, so it wasn't really comparable. I also asked about another vehicle at a different McClarty location. It took about four hours to receive a response, and by that point I had already scheduled an appointment directly with the other dealership. Everyone I spoke with was polite, but the communication and coordination between inventory, sales, and follow-up could definitely be improved.
