Their lot is always full of cars that have been there for a long time. I will never take my vehicle to Tollivers again!!! If you are considering taking your vehicle to them, make sure that you DO NOT pay for it before hand. Once they get their money, they don't care how long your vehicle sits there. I talked to someone who was picking up their vehicle that same time. They said that they were told about six different times that it would be ready. When his wife went by to talk to them in person, their vehicle had not been touched. That is crazy!! Sounds like liars and crooks there. They were smoking in some vehicles when they were moved them around and stuff. My car had ashes in the floor of the drivers seat and I DO NOT smoke. I saw one red headed kid backing a car up so fast that it is a wonder that he didn't wreck. This same kid had a cigarette in his mouth and a phone to his ear. Just ridiculous and careless!! One of the employees appeared to be about 90 years old. One of the other employees was standing outside with his foot propped up on a post eating an ice cream sandwich. Once I arrived, I had a friend check it out, only to tell me it sounded like a wheel baring. I took it to the shop he recommended, where they confirmed it and commented how lucky I was that my wheel didn't give out on the road. Despite the holiday, they were quick to order the part and got my car in the same day. The communication was great from start to finish. I knew exactly how much the parts were, they called to let me know there was a bit of a delay because the job was slightly complicated. Luckily I had friends to catch up with and thought nothing of it. When I picked up my car, it was purring, something I hadn't experienced in a while, since I'd apparently gotten used to the howl. They'd checked my fluids and belts, knowing I had a long drive home, just to be on the safe side, and even offered to order touch up paint noticing a scrape across the front fender. I can't comment on the waiting room, etc., as I didn't stay, but I would definitely recommend anyone in the greater Little Rock/NLR area to call S&F for honest, affordable car repair and maintenance!
