Pretty disappointed. First, I brought my car for several recalls. Was told they didn't have the parts, but would call to set up the appointment when they did. That was almost a year ago. Even if they still hadn't gotten parts...never a call or ANY communication to update me or at least touch base. Also, went to look to buy my daughter a vehicle about 4-5 months ago. Obviously Covid is to blame, but they only had like 8 vehicles. The bigger problem, we were not offered any options or ideas and NO offers to follow up. Please make sure they show you the true numbers on paper! They are absolutely crooks. I literally had to go to my local bank branch just to figure out the numbers because it just wasnt making sense. They kept telling me the bank was needing 5000 more down on top of my equity and that wasnt even the case! The trade in number they gave me and the real number was 5,000$ different " imagine that" .
