Dr. Olga Valieva is one of the best OBGYN surgeons in our entire state. I was left undiagnosed and…read moreuntreated for eight years with complex severe fibroids and adhesions that affected my walking and left me bed ridden . I was routinely dismissed by four separate providers in our entire state, and put in a fear that I have never been in before medically . If you are experiencing issues surrounding endometriosis, uterine fibroids or scar tissue or adhesions, and are not finding help at any providers in our state, please reach out to this surgeon, she literally saved my life when I thought I had to literally go out of state to get proper medical care. Dr. Olga Valieva sets the standard for what all doctors and surgeons in our country should be, which is empathetic , medically up-to-date with critical thinking , able to explain medical issues and plans to the patient with such clarity and simplicity of information and she treats every one of her patients as though they are one of her family members. She embodies what we have lost in our medical industry and we need more people like her Who are willing to do the work to get down to the core medical issue of their patients regardless if it is a rare or difficult case and educate the patient on preventative care afterwards And embody the respect and understanding of the heavy responsibility of being a doctor . She took time looking at my complicated medical record, She was empathetic and attentive before and after my surgery, and ensured that all my questions were answered at such a vulnerable, scary time of surgery. This doctor did a precise skilled and fabulous job on my surgery more than I was ever hoping for. Thank you Dr. Valieva for changing so many lives with your hard work and dedication to your patients.

Parking is available on the street and there is more than one parking garage nearby. If you park in one of the lots there are a few designated spots for this clinic and they (they clinic) ask you to give them your vehicle info when you come in so they know you are parked there. That is probably the only sort of unusual thing about this clinic. Staff is very friendly and professional and everyone here will go out of their way to help you to the best of their ability.

I was referred to dr Sarah Lewing for OBGYN services by my primary care provider…read more I'm sure most women who have needed anything OBGYN related not involving giving birth will automatically know every single discomfort any of THESE visits have the potential to entail. No one is ever running to be early to these visits. Mine was no exception and it was choc full of everything these appointments are famous for as well as a few new ones since now we have "age related concerns". I'm not going to lie. There was talk of me rescheduling and never returning. It is with mixed emotions that I say that both Jackie ( the MA) and Dr Lewing were nothing short of ....I honestly can't think of an appropriate word. They both exhibited traits of genuine concern, empathy, a sense of humor when appropriate and a sympathetic word of encouragement when we were all parting ways. Dr Lewing was extremely educational, honest and straightforward with information. Not only will I return without being forced, and I'm certain to never enjoy our visits, I trust them and for that reason as long as I remain a female I'll be a patient

Whatever provider you see for your first appointment is the one you're stuck with all pregnancy (I was told I'd need to "ask permission" to switch). I was told there are no same/next day/urgent appointments available at all, and if I was having any concerns before my 12 week (!!) appointment to "just go to the ER, but there's nothing anyone can do about a miscarriage that early" (except.. tell you if symptoms you're experiencing are likely a miscarriage, as it's emotional agony to be bleeding and not sure if it's going to get better or worse..) When I pointed out how expensive and unnecessary that is the person on the phone just said "well, we can't help you in the office." So, if you have a miscarriage, you will miscarry alone because they don't have the capacity to care for you. I had an amazing birth experience at Valley in 2020 and it's depressing that this clinic is the only option left since Associated Valley moved to Swedish. I did have a good experience with Amy Steers, though we only chatted through MyChart - she seems very caring.
