It wasn't. rescheduled our appointment for February 14 when carpet actually arrived. The installer cancelled our appointment as he couldn't come. Rescheduled for February 17, installer called again to cancel as his son, on his crew never got out of bed. We called and received a refund today. In the meantime we have had our carpet ripped up for weeks and are forced to walk around on plywood and our furniture all over the place. Very bad experience, we will never be back.

Bought two boxes, but unfortunately my wife went in a different direction with the room, and these tiles just wouldn't work and ended up having to return them. They are cupping and lifting. Throughout residence, they are not adhering to the subflooring. They sound hollow and move like floating floors. They have splintered edges and gaps between planks. They did not install a transition piece from hardwood to cement in the mechanic closet. They did not install caulking at patio door where hardwood meets door frame. The caulking around the tubs and exterior doors extremely sloppy with gaps. Tape denotes where the hardwood floor is not adhering to subfloor. Hollow sounding with the hardwood giving to walking throughout residence. Floor touchup marker was used to cover large area of scratches. They didn't protect the floor when they were installing hardwood. Worked inside of home, and the interior of my furnace is hardened with sawdust. See photos.

Hailey was very helpful the multiple times we met with her and talked us through all of our options and help explained the implications of each decision we were making. She also was very helpful with design ideas and guiding us to choose things that would work together. When we wanted a style or product they didn't have she was able to find it and get it in stock for us. She didn't make us feel rushed and she and the team did a great job installing all the tile and flooring. Hailey was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly and accurately. Hailey also helped us on pricing when needed and if we were able to find the same product at a lower cost elsewhere she was always willing to price match. Some other people involved in our build would be visibly bothered by late changes or requests, but that was not at all the case with Hailey. Hailey and the whole team at Tile and Stone were great to work with throughout the building process and I would highly recommend them for any of your tile and flooring needs.

Listened to what we wanted and pointed out various chairs that fit our needs. There was another 60 plus recliners downstairs! No sales pressure and let us take as much time that we needed to pick out the best recliner for us. The chair was delivered the very next week and they even picked up our old broken one. Delivery and disposal of the old one was completely free!! We will definitely be back if we ever need any other furniture or bedding. Nice to see such great customer service from a family owned business.
