"Not Jeremy, he is the best we have got". The sales guy did a below average job keeping notes of my project. The installer screwed up installing/ seaming the carpet and we did not have enough to finish the job. When speaking to the manager (Steve) he offered LITTLE assistance and ZERO solution. I am left with a final invoice yet one room not finished, one room without a threshold and flooring run short under my dishwasher, so two gaps.

Some perks about this type of flooring: (1) The stairs have a great no-slip texture. (2) It looks much better than a plain epoxy or paint finish and easily as nice as the carpet we had previously. (3) The flake flooring in our basement is much warmer than I expected; certainly warmer than the ceramic tile we have in the bathroom. (4) It's easy to take care of and the pattern in the flake doesn't show dust/dirt easily. (5) We quoted new carpet for other bedrooms in our house and that confirmed the pricing on the flake flooring system is reasonable, especially considering the durability of this flooring vs. carpet. Did you notice they only allow positive reviews on their website? I've also asked for a manager twice now and received the same brain dead customer service rep. The salesman was nice on person, but when the installation was delayed, and now for this, he's been a real jerk via texts. We had 3 rooms of "quality" carpet for reasonable traffic areas and underlayment installed a few…read moreyears ago, over $4,000 in total.. Within a year of the second install, about 2 years for the first install, we had what we thought was excessive wearing. We had the carpet cleaned again, the cleaning company could not belive how poorly the carpet was holding up. We called Macco and eventually had a virtual inspection of our carpet. We had a list of "test" stuff, paper, comb, light, that weshpuls have available. The remote person asked us to video stuff over the phone and decided that although th carpet looked terrible, it was not a warranty covered issue. Macco never called to talk about it even though the inspector did note installation issues. We have terrible carpet, only a few years old and are out $4,000. What a horrible experience. We will never recommend them, rather steer friends far away. No coverage, no follow-up, no customer service, no satisfaction in any way. So very disappointing, the worst ever.
