The onsite team of Kyle, Rick, Steve, Tom, and Joe worked in amazing harmony and efficiency. When I had questions, they had great answers. I enjoyed talking with and learning from them. Their attention to detail was impeccable as they removed our existing concrete driveway, installed the forming, installed the new gravel bed, placed the fiberglass rebar, poured the concrete, performed the finishing, sealed the concrete, cut the control joints, and cleaned up. I designed my own mid-century modern home and hired Frontier for custom cabinets. They were SIX MONTHS LATE on the install and many of the cabinets have substantial defects including doors that hit each other when opened, riff cut oak color mis-matches, doors that are suppose to be the same size but are an inch plus off, cabinet doors that re not level, file cabinets with no interior hardware, drawers that cannot be opened because they hit the casing in 5 rooms. They made very amateur mistakes and are NOT QUALIFIED TO DO CUSTOM HOMES. I ORDER TO GET OCCUPANCY ON THE HOUSE I HAD TO LIVE IN THE BASEMENT AND USE THE SMALL KITCHEN IN THERE FOR THREE MONTHS!!! AS OF MARCH 15TH 2025...7 MONTHS LATER...NOTHING HAS BEEN FIXED. I have been reaching out by phone and email for 7 months and have been completely ignored. They have been paid in full...because they threatened to leave me with only the boxes installed and walk off the job supposedly weeks before move in. So I paid in full to get them to come back rather than hire someone else (would have delayed living in my house (other than in the basement) at least another six months. I am still considering court action. There is a massive amount of rework needed...on the order of $50,000. As a member of the National Association of Home Builders do NOT use this vendor.

What a great experience. From the first time we met to discuss our needs and design ideas until the units were delivered and installed, the team at The Frontier Craftsmen consistently went above and beyond to ensure our project would really "wow" us in the end. The build quality of the cabinets is TOP notch. What impressed me most, however, was the installation. Even in our OLD house with its uneven plaster walls and general lack of level surfaces, the cabinets were all installed flawlessly. When it was time to move on to other parts of the project, the quality of the cabinet installation was the anchor for aligning the woodwork, tile, and flooring in the rest of the room. There are many things in my home that I second guess from time to time, but the projects that The Frontier Craftsmen have done for me are not one of them. Anytime I need quality woodwork that meets my high standards, their number is the one I will call.

In my first contact with Landmark, I had them rip out my ancient evergreens and do an updated planting in my front yard. That project went so well that I have had them help me with other special projects such as putting in a new border along my back fence, and repairing my lawn after the new driveway was installed. For the past two years, Landmark Landscape has done my snow removal. It is always done quickly and efficiently. I have a long driveway which is a challenge. On the contract, it gives options for snow depth, and I sign up for over four inches, thus saving money on snowfalls that I can handle myself. They also have a hotline for snow services in case I need additional help. I am an older single woman who is trying to maintain a house on a fixed income in a community that has high standards for home presentation. I love working with this company. They respect my budget; they are prompt, pleasant and efficient, and easy to reach; they work with my preference for light/no herbicides; and their plantings always looks great. We had no follow up unless we called to check on status. We're given excuses of subcontractors not replying to them on " iron work" which we then cut out to get project moving forward. Another 30+ days went by with no follow up. We finally cut ties a week ago. They were incapable of doing our specific landscape project obviously, but failed to inform us of there inability...instead wasting our time, or stay in contact with us unless it was us following up. Wasted an enormous amount of time with this company. What is sad is we had another project we wanted to give the landscape company that we established a relationship with, in the 40k range, but have hit a brick wall with this company. I would not recommend for any outdoor project.
