One replaced the cooling fan in the upper compartment the next time they replaced a blower motor in the bottom freezer drawer. The next service call was given to Born 4 Repair. He was very helpful in figuring out was wrong with the refrigerator. All this happened with one month. The entire ice maker unit needed to be replaced. Well, the warranty company decided that was too many service calls in too short of a time, so they refused to cover replacing the ice maker and instead told me to get a new refrigerator. Wish that Born 4 Repair had been here the first time I believe he was definitely more thorough in his inspection and analyzing what was wrong. It's 6 years old and the icemaker stopped producing ice. The Tech's name is Tom. He was on time. He was courteous, professional and went right to work. He took the icemaker apart and found the problem. He said he would try to do a temporary fix, which he did. The icemaker actually worked for a couple of days before shutting down again. He further informed me that he had to order the parts to complete the fix properly. Once the parts came in (2-3 days) he returned to complete the repair. He cleaned up after himself and asked if we had any concerns. He left his business card with us in case we needed to call for any recurring concerns. I would definitely request "Tom" from Bell's for any appliance service.
