If I could give them a 0 star I would. My daughter and niece went in to get a slushie. The slushie machine was runny and more poured out when they turned off the machine. We brought the 2 slushie to pay at the counter. The employee Shubh angrily told us that she was charging us for 3 slushies because our girls "wasted slushie" and that they "charge per cup" (our girls had thrown an empty cup in the garbage as the machine initially emitted runny liquid only). She proceeded to argue with us in an attempt to charge for 3 and then proceeded to question how we were raising our children. This was ridiculous so we informed her we no longer wanted the slushies for our children and walked away. Worst example of customer service I've experienced.
When we suggested that there be a sign up that mentions that they charge per cup - she responded with "you don't tell me when to do!".
If I were the owner of this business, I would definitely want to know what kind of service their employee is giving to willingly paying customers. read more
