We got our tickets online on the Black Friday sale (40 percent off); however, later when I checked the website, they had another promotion for 50 percent off. We reached out to see if they can do a cost adjustment, but no response. The original forecast said it might rain, we also reached out to them to see what they are going to do if it's raining, but again no response! The parking is big but very expensive (18 dollars per car) on top of the tickets. The security line was short and fast. They have a main stage for some live performances and most younger kids loved it. There were not that many vendors or not that many interesting ones to check out. Most of the activities required additional costs (10 bucks per person for cookie decoration). We think the costs are high (5 bucks might be more reasonable)...Santa pic is free if you taken on ur phone. The side with all the lights was festivaly and they also have snow falling every 15 mins with music. The kids still had a good time and we spend about 2 hours there. I would say the cost is high. So keep checking for promotion, I would not pay full price for the event. Trying to carpool with friends and family to split the parking. Eat before you come (not many food vendors we saw, just a few depressing ones). The parking accepts cash and credit card and most vendors do too.

Let's start with the location's parking; plenty, plenty of parking. Parking costs $20 and they do tell you to it's to the right but if you keep going towards the end and left you will be closer to the entrance as it is through the field. Service: The staff was the best! From the entrance to the ones inside of the park. They were all super friendly courteous and would offer to take family photos if needed. Activities: so many photo opportunities, cookie decorating ( which I recommend you get entrance to it ahead of time through the website), firepits for s'mores making, meet and greet with Santa Claus. Live music and also @kidsimaginenation performance which gets the children and I'm not gonna lie also the adults to dance along Food/snacks: Hot cocoa, coffee, pretzels, kettle popcorn, churros, tamales, turkey legs, hot dogs and plenty of sweet pastries and treats. Ohhhh and I almost forgot to mention, they have adult drinks too The bar is by the Santa Claus meet and greet area (you're welcome) Overall intake: It was such an awesome experience to share with the family. Again thank you to @illuminatesilverlakes for the tickets, my kids enjoyed every second of it. I was back to being a kid again and oh btw I'm on Santa's Nice list... okay maybe not lmbo... Right when you walk to the ticket area, you're suddenly transported into the Renaissance era. After walking through the front and you'll find various vendors selling hand crafted items like necklaces, clothes, hats, leather goods, chain mill, and everything your heart desires. You'll smell delicious foods...many people come for the Turkey Legs and Ale! I also have to give a shout out to Ye'Old 7-11! Best Renaissance convenient store around. Here you'll find dragon jerky, troll jerky, canned and bottled drinks, as well as welsh cakes! Now, let's talk about the incredible talent!! From jousting, sword fighting, stage shows and so much more. The people that work here are beyond talented and it's very inspiring. Lastly, everyone who shows up at the festival doesn't miss the memo and came up with some beautiful costumes! I absolutely love the creativity! I can't wait until the next one! Hazzah!

Just the experience of the race is worth it. SoCal Spartan Kids Race: - awesome location (Prado Regional Park) - play area for kids while waiting for start time - comes with finisher shirt, headband & medal - different age groups and courses (1/2-2 miles) - snacks at the finish line with medal - matching kid/parent wristbands to pick up at end SoCal Spartan Super: - 10k or 6.2 miles - 25 obstacles - not muddy this year - finisher shirt, medal and snacks at finish! There were plenty of food trucks, free samples, merchandise and challenges going on for when you aren't racing. They had beer too! Plus the views are cool. Only bad thing was waiting for the buses to come back and forth from the general parking area to the venue. It took forever. Other Spartan Races had both in the same area but doing the Preferred Parking makes life so much easier, definitely worth the money. Overall fun experience for adults and kids alike! Pro tip: get your tickets early or check Groupon for deals.

This location was similar to Lake Elsinore last January as there weren't as many big hills that you get in most spartan races in California, but there were some small rolling hills throughout the course so that made for a decent challenge. There were some nice new changes to Spartan in 2018, the finisher shirts are now made of tech material similar to under armor & dry fit shirts. The "competitive" division is now the age group division where you can earn an additional medal for placing in the top 3, & the trifecta medal wedge has a new look to it. The spartan races are pretty expensive, especially if you're considering doing multiple race to get a trifecta. You can usually find discount codes on any of their social media pages or on Groupon. You can also race for free by volunteer at the events. You can volunteer for a morning shift the day of the race & run in the afternoon or save your race credit for future race.

Our first time visiting, our family suggested coming here instead of our usual knotts berry farm. I…read morehad venti day, on a Sunday, it wasn't busy but well staffed! We went on as many rides as we can, my son is too short for the bigger rides and unfortunately my nephew is too tall for the kid rides. I couldn't believe how much fun it was when there isn't so many people crowding! A few rides weren't working at the time or they said it's been closed such as the gravity one, sawmill, and a boat one that was covered with a tarp. We had so much fun at the arcade, the prizes are the same as any ticket prize location, lots of games and on a hot day it's such a nice place to sit and relax. We didn't try the mini golf or the buccaneer water play area, it wasn't crowded so we definitely could've gone but we stayed at the rides and the arcade. The only downside is we cannot bring any outside drinks or food, we weren't sure if they would allow us to bring dietary restricted foods if we mentioned allergies or intolerances, but we were fine without our snacks.

When we entered the park, we double checked with everyone if there are rides open for his height and we were told there were plenty. Especially for the bumper car because that's what he's really looking forward to first time at an amusement park. So we spent $100+ to get in. When we got bumper car place, there were people in there already playing. We were the only one waiting there, and i asked that staff lady if my son was tall enough to ride the car. She glanced at me and yelled, 'I'll check later'. Even when the ruler was hided next to her, even when there's no one else in the line, even when she's doing nothing just standing there looking at the adults driving bumper cars... she just had us waited and got my son hope so high. When their turn was done, she slowly pushed the car to the side, took out the ruler behind her stand and told us oh he's not tall enough. I held it in, and asked politely if my son can sit at the passenger seat and I'll drive since there were seat belts. She said no way. Only because my 4 years old was so excited to get in there, I tried again, asking ' There's no one here yet, you don't need to turn on the machine, can he just sit on it and feel the bumper car for one minute?' Again, she said 'no way'. We understand you may have a rule to follow, but you could have tell us the second we ask you if we our height meet your requirement instead of getting a kid's expectations so high, letting him watch others playing and having fun, then turn him down while you are not even doing anything except watching bunch white adults riding the bumper car. Castle park could have a ruler showing at front saying below 42" are not gonna have any rides, instead, they charge full price for kids over 36" while have nothing preparing for them. Our first amusement park experience leaving with tears and upset, my son was crying he said 'I waited. Why can't I play bumper car?' I told him, 'sorry baby, to make sure you are safe, you need to be tall enough to ride that.' And he cried, 'but I waited...'

The staff here has always been friendly, warm, and welcoming. They're extremely helpful, informative, and patient. They used to have stock in-house so you could go in and pick up, but now they're moving everything over to online orders only. Limited stock is still available, just call in and ask. Their warhouse is in AZ so On Trac can provide one day shipping for us when required. It's not open to consumers and they do require you sign up as a business before purchasing! Customer service line is always quick and helpful. When I need a certain color right away, I'll go to Michael's and purchase their Siser brand, but it is costly (even with a coupon). What a scare-tastic time! - They didn't needa charge…read moreparking. (Parking should already be part of the $120 price (240 for 2).) + Thank goodness they provide tents like they said they would. + The scare actors were really in character! And highly amusing and gave a good chase. + Elaborate setup. Scare mazes, props, actors. Organized and effective. + Giant projector screen at the center of camp to showcase all the scares going on xD + Truly an all-night scare event. Even tents aren't off-limits til crack of dawn ;) . At first I thought I'd need night vision. Turns out there're enough lights and moonlight to see fine enough. -- MOSQUITOES!! They weren't kidding with their warning. I got 30 bites! At the beginning I had applied an excessive amount of repellent. But I did not reapply every hour. Reapply! . Tip: wear sleeves. Cover your forearms and lower body. I got no mosquito bites from the neck up though. 6-8 bites per limb though. - No proper restrooms. Only porta-potties. - No portable sink or hand sanitizier. + lol for an extra $5 (or was it $10?), you get a red glowstick to put on as a necklace to indicate you want extreme terror. + The first activity, exploring big shipping containers and warehouses to clear out zombies, was very fun. - They stated the rule that you must headshot the zombie to kill it. But some zombies we headshot 10 times, they just keep coming at us :o - Kinda sucks that at the end there's a surprise gunman zombie who just nails us all despite us repeatedly shooting him. - The gun upgrade prob shouldn't've been a side $10 option; should just come included in the $120 price. + The other first activity, zombie maze with flagbelts, was also very fun. - Weird the orientation video mentioned squishy toys, but they didn't have any. + But turns out the empty water bottles lying around work too. Sometimes. Guard those flags around your waist! . The next main scare activity, the 5 slashers' hunt via the forest-wide excursion, started out exciting at first, around 10:30 or 11:30pm. But you can wander far enough through the thick shrubbery, you can remain by the creek forever unfound for over 1/2hr with nothing to do. Gets boring. - Lotta sharp branches and thorns out there. Beware splinters. - Gotta sneak back into camp and blend in among the dead, since you're still there for the overall event and get your money's worth. - Sucks that you remain vulnerable even if you partake in other activities like tug-o-war. + Nice touch keeping horror movies running in the background on the other giant screen at all times. + Intense final chase at 6am. ~7 remaining survivors. Any volunteers get a red marker as a "knife" to chase down the survivors. The last survivor wins a ticket to their next event. . The round starts with slashers surrounding the survivors. eep! - Thing is, they can't confirm who of the very last 2 survivors was truly marked last, since the chase spreads out wide. - Their email responsiveness is hit-or-miss. - They said they give you something for leaving a review. I did, but they haven't responded to any of my follow-ups. . Fair price. $120 for much scary action-packed activities for almost 10 hr.

10/10 We had a…read morefantastic time at Camp Coffin Creek. Check-in was a breeze, and our tent was plenty big enough for the two of us and all the stuff we brought. The food at the concession stand smelled and looked great, although we were too busy trying to survive to actually stop and eat. The camp and surrounding areas were designed incredibly well. Everything was clean and organized while still having the perfect run-down, dilapidated summer-camp appearance. Horror movies played on a huge outdoor screen, techno-horror music blasted throughout the camp, and monsters constantly roamed the grounds. It created a fun, energetic and genuinely creepy atmosphere. The staff was excellent. Their costumes looked great, and everyone stayed committed to their characters. We also had a bit of a medical emergency during the experience, and the entire staff, including the monsters, handled it perfectly. They didn't baby us or completely break character, but they continued checking on us throughout the night to make sure everything was okay. They were spectacular: very good, and very evil. We loved both the Fight and Flight attractions. In Fight, you move through an infected camp searching for a cure while blasting zombies. If a zombie touches you, you become "infected." At the end, they scan everyone with a black light, identify the infected campers and administer the "cure." It was interactive, creative and a lot of fun. Flight was much more physical and intense. You sprint, crawl, hide and try to escape while zombies hunt you. Each camper wears three flag-football-style flags, and the zombies try to snatch them. You must escape with at least one flag remaining to win. Some zombies loudly groan and charge at you in plain sight, while others stay completely silent and hide in the darkness, waiting for you to pass. Between the darkness, fog, creepy atmosphere and uncertainty about where the next zombie was hiding, it was intense as all get out. Afterward, we were taken into the forest for the survival portion of the night. We spent approximately 30 minutes running through the woods and evading slashers. Somehow, after being chased through the darkness by a group of psychos, we made it out of the forest alive and returned to camp. Back at camp, there was a series of traditional camp-style games with horror twists. There was always something happening, something to explore or something trying to kill you. The entire night remained entertaining from beginning to end. Camp Coffin Creek was such a unique experience. It was far more than simply walking through another haunted house. It was interactive, intense, exciting and, at times, genuinely exhausting, in the best possible way. We would absolutely recommend it and will be coming back for anything else these guys host. 10/10.

The guys who were helping the kids went over the instructions thoroughly, made sure the helmets fit correctly and made sure they were buckled in. Originally, we were scheduled to race with a large group, but we asked if it would be possible to race with just the three of us. The employee helping us was kind enough to move us to a different race. We didn't mind waiting a little longer, and we really appreciated that accommodation. After our first race, we waited just a few minutes while another group raced, and then it was our turn again. The main reason I'm giving 3 stars is the price. For three people to race twice, plus the required license fees, it came to almost $200. That's a lot for a relatively short activity. Another reason for the rating was the customer service from some of the staff. At one point, we asked a group of employees for assistance, and instead of helping, they kept telling each other for the other to help. It didn't seem like anyone wanted to take responsibility. A little more teamwork and willingness to help customers would go a long way. Overall, the racing itself was fun, and I appreciated the employee who accommodated our request to race as our own group. If the pricing were more reasonable and the customer service more consistent, I'd have a much better experience.
