When your group approaches the entrance, a security guard asks if your whole group is present and warns you that nobody will be allowed to join you later. There's also a sign when you get to the building that says to report any line hopping, to a certain phone number. Another sign says if you need to leave the line to go to the bathroom, to make sure a security guard sees you and that you report back to that same security guard to get back in line. Yesterday I saw this in action. There were 4 teenagers, maybe 13 years old, who got to the very front of the line, but then were pulled aside by security to be seriously lectured at and then escorted out. Meanwhile, they stopped the ride. I think this must've happened a few times before we witnessed it, because for long stretches of time, the line wasn't moving. What was predicted to be 90 minutes took two hours, but hey, they were enforcing the rules, which I actually appreciate!

Every ride my son (4 years old at the time) rode on with myself or his auntie was so thrilling for him. He also experienced his first roller coaster here and he enjoyed it. We also ate lunch here and I'd have to say even the pricing for their food is decent for this day and age. Extremely grateful by how clean they keep the theme park and how friendly the staff are! Definitely a must-visit if you're ever in the OC area and need a fun spot to take your little ones where it won't break the bank for you.

Riders board ore cars and are taken on a winding semi dark ride through a stylized 19th century gold mine. The ride is located in the Ghost Town section at Knotts Berry Farm. The mountain structure that houses the ride is seven stories tall! It's built with steel and elaborate rock work. During the ride, you pass through the tunnels, caverns, underground lakes, bubbling steam pots, geysers, and even ornate cave formations! One of the most memorable features of the ride is the hole scene set in a large chamber! You'll see dozens of animatronic miners hard at work trying to strike it rich! In 2014, this ride did go through a refurbishment. The renovation included new animatronics, enhanced lighting, sound systems, special effects, and new paint! This is such a great family ride. It's not too scary, but there are some beautiful scenes. It's a slow ride and one of the best rides at Knotts Berry farm!

This ride is a dark ride/set piece ride that takes you back into the mines back in the day. It's Kott's first ride opened in the 1960s so some of the animatronics look a bit haunting/aged, but it's still a fun and neat time all around. It's cool that you can look so deep into caverns, see the inside lakes, pools of water, steam, and stalactites and stalagmites. In the 2010s some updates were made as well, so it's not all entirely aged. There's a cute musical light show in the water pools/cave formation rooms. Later on you also go outside of the cave and see out to the park. I love the little vultures. Nice and slow ride with lots to look at.

The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.

Especially hearing that there's a new attraction SKYRIDER that opened mid September 2025, my son came here w 2 of his closet bud to celebrate his bday. They were so excited to ride the Skyrider, it's a zip line across partial of the park. I highly definitely recommend this indoor playground. It's probably the best one in OC. We've gone to a lot the past years. This place has so much for your kids to do. Met the manager Terry and Sally. They are both amazing and friendly. Always there to answer your questions and needs. Our school Mabel Paine had a day of fundraising here also. UA loves to support and gives back to the community. Love a friendly oriented company. What's awesome is they now have a security here that I love since it's open. Security really nice. The indoor playground is pretty clean and well taken care of. Love the mascot Urbie. He's also cool with the kids. We are regulars here and definitely plan to return. They have great yearly membership at a great value. Must check it out!

Natalie was on top of it all - she reviewed my food order one last time day of to ensure all was accurate (we communicated food allergies and she made sure the right pizza crusts/ orders were in place - Thank you this truly meant a lot) . She was so sweet and attentive she answered all my questions and executed the party flow perfectly. Andre did an amazing job getting my guests checked it and set with wristbands/socks. We checked in on a Sunday and it was a bit crowded, but we managed to do it all in three hours. The kids loved the bunk bed, and my only complaint about our room is that the tub faucet leaked. The next day, we packed a bag with a change of clothes that we fit into a small locker for $12, and went back into the waterpark for a couple more hours. I recommend packing travel toiletries for a quick shower before leaving. They have plenty of showers, changing rooms, and a swimsuit dryer, but no toiletries in the waterpark bathrooms. Waterpark towels are provided and must be checked out and in or you'll be charged, so don't lose them. There's a water bottle refill station in the waterpark near the bathrooms. We didn't try many of the activities offered except for the arcade that offered packages starting at $35. Lastly, be sure to pay for parking before you leave. That was also $35. All in all, we got a deal on the room but spent more on food, drinks, games, and parking combined. My kids are 5 and 10, and they were able to go on just about everything that was open. One day was plenty of time if you don't plan on doing all of the activities.

He says "sorry we don't have that" Doesn't even bother to find me some kind of plastic bag or cup to throw up in. Doesn't direct me to the nearest restroom or gift shop--NOTHING. I nearly collapsed. I've been sick as a dog here and they didn't bother to refund the trip, even partially. The customer service here is extremely cold. They don't care at all about the condition you are in and don't offer any suggestions to keep you comfortable if you're sick. Also our room wasn't even ready after 4pm. Worst check in experience ever. Loud noise all through the night of kids screaming and running around. There was also a gas leak event that happened in Garden Grove that they didn't even alert us all about. Absolute negligence for the customer. Will NOT return and caution everyone who is looking to stay here, that they don't value the customer.
