This company was AMAZING. Even though we didn't have to use them in the end, they went above and beyond to help me. Both my husband and I were stranded with our truck and travel trailer along hwy 99. I have AAA and couldn't get them to find anyone to get my trailer. My truck was no problem but I pay premium for trailer towing. My husband was left on the side of the freeway by the tow driver who AAA assigned to pick up our truck. He was in a Un-safe spot but he didn't want to leave our trailer behind until AAA found a towing company who could tow it. Unfortunately AAA doesn't have many contracted towing companies to work with, which left my husband there for 4+ hrs. The lady at Mach one towing stopped to see if my husband was OK and if he needed water. It was above and beyond what a typical towing company would do but she knew how scared I was for my husband out there on the freeway. They don't deal with AAA but she was on stand by just in case AAA couldn't find anyone. We almost paid out of pocket to use them and at the last minute AAA found someone in Sacramento. It's not something I would EVER want to deal with again and has taught me a lot about the issues with dealing with AAA. I would gladly use Mach one in the future and pay out of pocket for towing anytime. read more

Mach One did a great job! The wheel broke on our car and we needed a flatbed. In addition, the car went off road and settled between muddy potholes with a metal pole in front, telephone pole on the left, rush hour traffic on the right. I had my car stolen twice in under a month once from a criminal on the streets and once by in my opinion a criminal organization of car theft under the mask of a towing company. I was in jail and my car got stolen then mach one towed it and when I got out I found my truck with them and they required a 2000 dollar tow fee then 2 days later it jumped to 3000 with no explanation. Now keep in mind I am now homeless and with no truck not two dimes to rub together and sleep on the sidewalk thanks to mach one tow and their gracious spirit and helpful attitude at hiding cars for randsome. I have spoke to everyone at that tow company not on person willing to help or work with me on the storage fees accrued while I was unaware and unable To do anything about it. Since this just happened and freshly in my head and i'm still waiting for another tow company to tow the car, i'll give the 1 star on this service. We call all state and they found this provider near the area of thornton which where the car died. Estimated time was two hours and they were Supposed to call when they were kn the way. NOPE, the office called me and said tow truck was there, which was 40 mins early. We told them that we will be there in 30 mins which was still under the 2 hes they gave us. I arrived without any tow truck around so i called their office and they said since no one was there AllState cancelled the tow. This was the same woman that called me earlier which said i'll be there in 30 mins. (I got there 28 mins). Anyway she hung up while telling to call all state. (I got proved for history of the time calls - see pic. So damn rude for this woman to hang up on customer. Called back Allstate and they said the tow company should have called them if they were to cancel the tow BUT they never contacted allstate. All stare never cancelled the tow service. I dont get my car tow much but in general with customer service like this, its fucking shitty. Keep it up and you go bankrupt soon. read more

This excuse for a company cheats people out of their money and it's disgusting. Tow truck driver on first impression is nice, and efficient. States there will be no out of pocket charge, and if we pick our vehicle up the following morning there will be no added storage fee. So instead of using my free tow from AAA, I accept what this man has said at his word. Arrive at the company the following morning. He says I'm a liar, continues to use fowl language and says he told us we would have to have our insurance pay. Keep in mind I told him yesterday I have AAA and a FREE TOW. So he stole $350 from me. My truck wouldn't start, and I was stuck at Costco. My roadside assistance person told me it would be an hour wait. Fortunately for me, Scott from Mach 1 showed up half an hour early. Yay!
