Can't say enough about Ziggy Towing. I needed a jump for my daughter's car in the middle of the night. I have AAA but they said it would take up to 5 hours. Given that it was is the middle of the night, I called many 24hrs towing services. Many didn't answer or answered and said they could not assist. I called and Bob said said he was taking care of another call but would call me back to see if I still needed help. He actually called me back! We would not hesitate to call him again, if needed. Being a single woman waiting in a parking lot in the middle of the night, I cannot say how much I appreciated his service. Thank you! read more

Had a classic car that doesn't run, that I needed to get towed across town. I called many places nearby the storage facility my car was at, but they were all very expensive (more than Double what Ziggy's charged me,) and Ziggy's was able to do it immediately while everyone else told me "maybe tomorrow." Bob was the driver who came out; he was quick, proficient, friendly, and made sure to be careful with my nearly fifty year old car. My tires were a bit flat, so after hoisting the car onto the flat bed he filled all the tires for me, which was much appreciated. He got us across town and to my new location quickly, and even helped me push it into my home garage. I will for sure be using Ziggy's again if I or a friend needs a tow. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Called Ziggy's at 1130pm on a rainy night with a flat tire. He wasn't familiar with the location I gave him, accused me of having a bad attitude and refused to assist us. Would never recommend or use this service. read more

I called Ziggy's towing tonight for assistance. My expedition would not start despite my husband's attempts. I called a few other places prior to calling here and received some outrageous quotes, as high as $150. Ziggy's Towing was next on my Yelp search, Bob didn't answer at first but called back seconds later. I explained my situation and he said he could be here in 30 minutes and gave a great quote. Well about 20 minutes later, my car finally started while Bob was in route. I called him back to cancel our tow. He was so understanding about everything and didn't charge us a convenience/ cancellation fee. Even though we didn't need the tow after all, I would call Bob in a heartbeat for his services and recommend him to anyone in need of a tow. Thanks Bob!!!! read more

Even though we missed each other's call a few times (because of my work hours), he still quickly responded to any voicemails I left. Once we were able to set up a tow (same day was available, but opted for the next day), the tow was pretty seamless. Bob was at the correct address on time and ready to go. Because I'm a terrible person, not only do I miss calls, but I also show up late to my own appointments. Still, Bob was incredibly understanding and courteous. As soon as I got there, he started setting up right away. Like one of the last reviews, I had a classic car that didn't run. I had parked the car in the garage. Unfortunately, there was a large moving truck partially blocking the driveway and garage, so maneuvering the car was a little more complicated than it needed to be. Still, Bob was able to manually move the car and get it onto the truck without any issues or accidents. I really appreciate Bob's help, service, and care in moving our classic car. I will definitely call him the next time I need a tow, and I recommend anyone in the area call him too! read more

Very nice over the phone and the only tow service I could actually get ahold of in EG. I called yesterday and scheduled a tow for today at 7am since I had an appointment for my car at 7:30am. He was late and didn't even call me to let me know he was running late. He didn't arrive till 7:15am, so I had to call the dealer and ask if they could hold my time since I'd be a little late. Thankfully they did. He was pleasant and talkative on the ride. One big thing that really pissed me off (in addition to him being 15 mins late) is that he told me recently he quoted a lady for a tow in Angels Camp ... $40! But he charged me $65, even though he's in Elk Grove, the pick up was in Elk Grove, he was LATE, and he only had to tow my car 3 miles! I didn't ask about it, but to charge me double what he charged someone else just for a 3 mile tow doesn't make sense to me. Im just a real stickler about appointments and don't like being charged DOUBLE for waaaaaay less distance than the customer from Angels Camp. read more

I was locked out of my car in the hot summer heat. Came out in 15 minutes. Professional, fast and reasonably priced!

We met Bob at the beginning of this year from him seeking our services. He was friendly, funny, nice and honest. He shared a little bit about his business as a local Tow Truck driver. Hoping we would not need his services also knowing we had his card was a great feeling. So come Friday July 1st we had a evening appointment. Minutes away from the job, we loose power, steering, and brakes, we're thinking fantastic. Bob with Ziggys Towing was our first call mind you it was minutes till 5 on a friday. He was more then fantastic and started the nightmare off as best as it could go. Nobody wants this to happen on their way to work. He responded quickly and got out to us faster then expected. From there we went to the mechanic right down the street, then he offered to take us to our storage lot where we store our vans to pick up another one. Talk about going above and beyond to provide stellar customer servive!!!! With Bob's help we got to our evening appointment just a tad over 1 hour after appointment time!!! He is our go to Tow Truck Guy. I highly recommend Ziggys Towing they wont let you down!!!!!! read more
