Ryan has been taking care of my computer issues/questions/installations for about four months now…read more I am self-employed and totally depend on my computer for my income. I knew I had found someone trustworthy when he came out the first time to fix my DVD drive. The drive would not open, and Ryan quoted me a price to replace it if he could not fix it. After working on it for about 45 minutes, he told me it would have to be replaced. In the process of removing the drive, the player popped open, and there was a mini-DVD that had jammed the system. Ryan popped the original player back in my computer and did not charge me for a new player or any extra service time. If he doesn't have an immediate answer to a problem, he brainstorms and/or researches for the best solution. Thanks Ryan!
