As they state, they've "...explored every corner of the state to bring you the best of South Carolina," and from what I've seen they have done that and then some. It's a really big store and has most everything one can think of that would be South Carolina related and most of the goods are of superior quality, not just cheap Chinese built trinkets. But the best part is the selection. They have everything from jewelry to clothing to home decorator items and the staff is more than willing to assist. Since placing our order, we have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through email, phone calls, and the chat feature on their website. Despite our numerous attempts, we have not received a single response or update regarding our order. We understand that shipping delays can occur; however, a complete lack of communication for over four months is unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, responsiveness, and basic customer service. Due to the company's failure to communicate or resolve this matter, we are taking the following actions: Filing complaints with the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and the South Carolina Attorney General's Office, filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). contacting our credit card companies to dispute the charges. consulting with our attorney regarding our available legal options. We are sharing our experience so that other consumers can make informed decisions before purchasing from Copper Barn. So I drove to Columbia to the address listed and it looked like an empty warehouse. I talked to the people that had a business near by and they said they haven't seen anyone there in weeks. So now we are probably going to dispute it with our bank. It's sad because we really were looking forward to getting this table and they don't communicate at all.
