Understanding the circumstance, but also willing to wait for the right team, I responded and asked the business to let me know if that changed in the future, as we have several projects in our home and are hoping to bring the same team aboard for all of them. I then received the attached response offering a completely different explanation than before. Rather than acting with integrity, the business elected to tell a lie, as the project was likely not lucrative enough for them. I made no reference to my budget, but the business assumed I would not be interested in paying their prices. I would like to offer a two-star rating, though, as the communication was quite prompt.

We had no power after the recent windstorm took down a neighbor's tree and our power lines but that didn't take us off schedule. Victor went and got a generator leaving his crew to get started. Before he got back, his crew had started manually removing some of the old concrete because they didn't want to delay the progress.
