One of us was two payments late on one of the plots because another family was supposed to pay for it in full. after it was paid in full, accounting didn't care to hear it. Harrassed person with two phone calls in less than a minute, with no message, nasty to talk to and sent nasty notecards in mail to pay up, eventhough plot was paid in full. Staff needs to get their shit together and communicate with each other when bills are paid and not harass customers. Will never use that plot now and will let it rot, never to be used just to make sure Puritan Lawn never makes another dime off of it, opening it up or ever having a service. Wish Dad wasn't there.

They said I could go down behind the garage and have one of the men there help me look through a pile of flowers to see if I can find it. That really upset me. Now I don't know if I can put flowers again, and trust they will stay. I think the only reason they take off Memorial day flowers is so that they can charge again for Father's day to make more money. Our local one came in with the cheapest cremation costs. A friend recommended Casper and it was almost half the cost from what our family funeral home quoted us. That was with a discount as well! I had multiple phone calls with them and they were able to assist me even though I was in California. I mostly spoke with Jake and Colton during this process. When I arrived Saturday was the only day I could go down and we had a snowstorm the day prior. Roads were pretty bad and they were able to accommodate me even though they had a service going on. Parking can be a nightmare there, I parked a few blocks away near a barber shop. I would recommend this place to everyone!! I was truly blown away by their service and empathy.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using Boston Cremation…read more Our family has had an incredibly frustrating and distressing experience working with them during one of the most difficult times of our lives. They issued a death certificate listing a cremation date that does not match the actual date of cremation. When we contacted them to have the error corrected, instead of taking responsibility, we were given the runaround. Most recently, we were told that the date on the death certificate represents the date they "started the paperwork" for the cremation rather than the date the cremation actually occurred. We do not believe this explanation is accurate or consistent with Massachusetts requirements, yet they continue to refuse to correct what we believe is an error on an official legal document. As a result, our family has been forced to continue pursuing the matter instead of being able to focus on grieving. Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated issue. Throughout the process, communication was poor, empathy was lacking, and we repeatedly had to advocate for ourselves to receive basic information and proper treatment. The entire experience has caused unnecessary stress and has ultimately required us to seek legal assistance. Families deserve professionalism, compassion, and confidence that important legal documents are being completed accurately. That was not our experience. I sincerely hope no other family has to endure what ours has.

I ordered a headstone from Kimball Memorials for my son who died in a car accident. Two days after…read moreI ordered the headstone I had to cancel my order because I worked things out with the previous memorial company I was having issues with. Theresa from Kimball Memorials took my order and also took a $250 deposit via my credit card. I called Theresa three times an left voice mails and also sent them an email from their web site asking nicely for my deposit back. They never returned my calls or answered my email. I finally called my credit card company and explained the situation to them. The c/c company agreed with me and immediately refunded my $250. Kimball Memorials is also much more expensive than the other memorial companies in the North Shore of Boston, Ma area. They quoted me $2000 more for the headstone I ordered than the company I'm currently working with. I would suggest not doing business with them, especially if you have issues or need to contact them. They won't call you back or answer your emails and you'll need to fight for your deposit back.
