It sounds like something that the government made up to justify the word being done at the time to employ the masses during the Great Depression. His rude, sarcastic demeanor and inappropriate comments showed a clear lack of professionalism and emotional intelligence. Almost as if he was giddy and high on something. Given the sensitivity of this profession and the family legacy behind the business, his behavior fell FAR below the standard one would expect--especially for someone entrusted with guiding grieving families and guests. He appeared ill-suited for a role that demands compassion, respect, and dignity. I would not recommend this funeral home. He's a slob.

She touched so many people's lives and I knew we needed to find a special place - beautiful, open, intimate - befitting her spirit, but also large enough to accommodate the hundreds of people who would come to celebrate her life.   The facility was more like a beautiful event space than a dreary funeral home - it was warm and bright with lots of open windows - it just has a different vibe...   With their help, we planned a celebration of life that allowed us all (our family, friends & co-workers) to honor and remember Marissa the way she wanted.   They helped with the digital tribute and even did a second extremely personalized video tribute that we shared during her service.   They presented many options and choices but never forced us into anything and they were great listeners in helping us create the type of memorial that was just what we needed.   There were plenty of staff there to assist, we never worried about a thing. They let us focus on our friends and family as all the details were taken care of.   After the service they have been reaching out to check on me and help with all the people to notify. No one ever wants to do this - but Anthony and the team treated me like we're family.   They were professional but not stuffy... helpful but not bothersome.  They followed up but just enough... I want to especially thank Anthony O'Donnell, Brianna, and Diane for their compassion, kindness, and attention to detail.  I highly recommend O'Donnell's if you experience a loss like my own.

You were not supposed to have certain things out, but we have noticed within the past six months that the people with the ground headstones put whatever They want out including glass flags (which my grandfather who is in Pearl Harbor, his American flag gets taken every time we put it up) we went today on Mother's Day and there were people having a full blown block party with a barbecue and music. I understand this certain types of celebration of life, but there is a time in place in a cemetery is not the place. It was extremely disrespectful gutwrenching and beyond upsetting to the point where I was crying I have complained about this before and nothing has gotten done we can't put out simple things that are in the rules without being taken Yet the people with the ground headstones can do whatever they like. So I would like to know how much extra I would have to pay to have my stuff be able to stay because I don't see any other option.
