Well it happens...and if it hasn't happen to you yet, I still recommend Hugo and Pro Glass. My Dad's vacation home was the victim. A realtor contacted him about this expensive bad news. Dad asked me to take care of the repair because he's out of the state right now. Yelp & Hugo to the Rescue: Searched about 20 different companies here on Yelp and compared it to their Google reviews. I narrowed it down to 4...and decided to go with Pro Glass. Glad I did because the entire process was seamless. After my first call to Hugo, he called me back immediately and arranged for his guys to go to the home ASAP for measurements and a quote. Within less than an hour & 1/2, Hugo texted me with a very reasonable and competitive quote. All this without me needing to be at the property. When I made the decision to go with Pro Glass, Hugo informed me that it'll take 3-5 business days for the glass to arrive, and required a 50% deposit, which was Zelle'd to him immediately. (paying cash will save you credit card processing fees = $70 in our case) The glass arrived in 4 days. We arranged to have it installed the next morning, and he'll text me when his guys where on the way to the property, so I can meet them and give them access inside the home. Oscar & Ivan arrived a few minutes before me and were already removing the shattered glass door outside the house -- they cleared & cleaned up every little speck from the ground. Not only are they punctual and professional, they're both super nice hard workers. Such great attitudes too, while doing hard labor in 100+ degrees in this humid summer heat. The glass was installed into the sliding door. Everything is back to normal. Looks & feels like new. They stand behind their work with an extended manufacture warranty for 4 years, and also 3-months guarantee from Hugo for their work performed by Pro Glass.
