Due to the poor crew, it took 3 x's longer to move, but they didn't care, they charged by the hour. Never hire this crew, you will regret it! We ended up firing them after the first load since it took them from 7:30 am - 3:30 pm to do one load. They stated they wanted to come back the next day to finish the move. Dori responded w a quote of 105/hour (as shown in the attached screenshot). When I called to schedule, it was a whole different story. $105 is not the flat rate. They wanted to charge $50 extra per heavy item (despite the items being listed in the original inquiry), $.05 / mile to get from their office to my house and back, and starting the $105/hr rate when they leave the office (not when they arrive at my house to start work). Then, they keep the hourly rate going until they arrive back at their office from my house. I did not hire them and was disappointed by the lack of transparency in our initial communications. Instead, I went with a company that stuck to their original quote without hidden fees.
