He came to my work while I was working and it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish. He was extremely friendly and quick and efficient. You can't even tell that I had to have my windshield replaced at all. He was also the most reasonably priced out of the different places I called. I highly recommend and will be using him in the future if I ever have any other glass needs.

Quality Automotive is located on on Franklin Street in Cuba, MO. Covid protocol: Unsure about this, we have never been inside the sales office and staff was busy elsewhere on the lot when we visited, so we didn't see anyone clean. Edit: According to the comment left below, their policy is to clean offices and vehicles on a regular basis. They do not require masks. Quality Automotive offers a large selection of used vehicles for a variety of prices. Inventory turns over fairly quickly. Their website is updated frequently and, besides photos of the vehicles available, shows information about engines size, mileage, etc. Edit: According to their comment below the website is updated daily. I visited three times and always found a vehicle that looked great, only to find that there were issues once I dug a little deeper and looked up the vehicle history online. After talking to a sales person I was told that you are buying the vehicles "as is" unless there is a remaining manufacturer warranty. Some vehicles also offer a 3-months warranty that can be purchased at additional cost. Edit: According to the comment left below all vehicles under 200.000 miles come with a build-in 3 months powertrain warranty. Vehicles over 200.000 miles come with a 1 month limited powertrain warranty. The warranty can be extended. All vehicles on the lot are unlocked. In order to take one for a test drive you need to get a dealer plate from the office. None of the vehicles I found met all of my criteria, so I didn't do that part. The vehicles are not bad, they just weren't what I was looking for. The selection is quite large for such a small town. There are currently 59 vehicles on the lot ranging from a 2013 Ford F-150 for $18,950 to a 1997 Toyota Avalon for $3,500. Sales staff is quick to answer questions and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Prices are not negotiable. Edit: According to the comment left below prices are negotiable. We ended up buying from a different dealer but I would not hesitate to recommend Quality Automotive as a starting point if you are looking for a used vehicle.

Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else!…read moreNot only is the customer service the worst I've ever experienced, but they also sell damaged products listed as "working" -- total false advertisement! We bought a set of car seats they claimed were black leather power seats in good condition. They sent us photos and confirmed this over the phone. We paid while on the call and were told the seats would be ready for pickup. I explained we were 1.5 hours away and leaving immediately. When our driver arrived, they said the seats weren't ready because they were "too busy." We had clearly confirmed they would be pulled beforehand. The driver waited, but they didn't know how long it would take. He had to drive back empty-handed. Later, they called and said the seats were now "ready" -- left sitting outside in the rain. The driver had to return, wasting another 1.5 hours. When we finally got the seats, they were NOTHING like promised: * Torn, scratched, and cracked leather * Damaged stitching * Power functions didn't even work When we called to address these issues -- the false advertisement, the 6 hours of wasted driving, and them leaving paid items out in the rain -- they laughed on the phone and acted like it was normal business. No apology, no discount, no accountability. And then it got worse. When we opened the invoice they emailed us... under the customer name line, they had written:"CNT AS BTCH."(Yes, you read that right.) I called back, asking to speak with a manager. The employee laughed hysterically when I explained what was written. No apology. She put me on hold, then came back and said no managers were available -- but I could talk to Dena, the person who wrote it. I said I didn't want to speak with someone who wrote such a disgusting slur on an invoice. They said it was the "only option" and then hung up on me. I called back -- they hung up again.I called again -- they put Dena on the phone, and she mocked the situation, laughed, and joked about it with other employees laughing in the background. I've never in my life experienced such: * Unprofessionalism * Disrespect * Dishonesty * Harassment No one at this business has taken any accountability or tried to make it right. Instead, they harassed me, laughed at my concerns, and made it worse at every step. I know he had to really hustle to get my truck fixed within the week that I was on vacation so my truck would be ready when I came back through. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost because a dishonest person would have taken advantage of my situation and could have charged me far more. I was in no position to argue otherwise...I was stranded. I can't imagine anyone going anywhere else for their auto repair.
