Had my daughter and granddaughter not checked it out before heading to the weekend barrel race they would have likely ended up dead. Gas leaks everywhere. Plus water leaks, not to mention brakes practically non-existant, needing to be all fixed/replaced. This mom/grandma is NOT impressed and would tell anyone to proceed with caution here. They had to have a local trailer sales go throigh and fix everything with gas and water. Brakes will need work next.

I bought a 2013 Ram 2500 Laramie almost a year ago there and the truck has been nothing but issues…read more 1st thing I noticed was notification on dash said turn signal was out and it was not. Salesman told me it was because it had LEDs. On further investigation i found most of the LED lights that suppoedly caused the issue were factory when i went to install the proper conversion harness. There are some that are not factory because they are missing the RAM logo that the other ones have. Then I investigated further and found other aftermarket body parts indicating that it had been involved in a collision. They had behind the paperwork that they produced said it had a clean history report. According to their salesman they also oown Taylor Chrysler Jeep Ram. If that is the case then they would know there is aftermarket body parts on it and there was something wrong with their report. Next thing the check engine light came on and I gave them every code that my truck said was wrong with it. All emissions system problems. They said no problem and I dropped it off. They said battery cable was loose and gave it back. Then after several driving cycles the light came back on for the same issues. Indicating all they did to fix it was reset the ECM. I called and a woman told me they were with other customers and no one called me back. I called several more times with similar results. I reported to BBB and they said they gave me a 90 day warranty and conveniently no one remembered me calling. I am hearing impaired so I didn't hear the brakes making noise until after I got new hearing aids. I asked my wife and neighbor if it has always done that and they said yes. I found a locked up caliper, missing brake pad, broken leaf spring, and all components of emergency brake missing on right rear. I brought this to their attention via BBB complaint and they said it passed state inspection. Which i know is untrue or their inspector needs fired because it had a gouge in side wall of right rear tire when I bought it, all tires were mismatched, emissions system issue, broken leaf in spring pack, message saying turn signal out, and missing brake parts. Missouri state patrol said missing parking brake components wouldn't cause it to fail but everything else i mentioned would and the statute of limitations is 5 years to report it but it was strongly encouraged that you report such cases as soon as you find out and don't fix anything. Some issues still exist that would cause it to fail. It will going through inspection this year even though inspection is supposed to be good for 2 years per Missouri State Patrol. Will update when it's inspected if I can. They hid everything wrong with paperwork and spray paint literally because they spay painted the rocker panels and I wore off showing rust a few months after I bought it. Not sure what else they covered up literally just yet. My advice don't buy from either one of their dealerships and if you did go get it inspected immediately by a reputable place like Piney River Ford.

DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE: This is going to be long,…read morejust a warning, and I bet this will be deleted soon. Anyways, I bought a 2010 Ford Fusion SE from here a year ago and had to return it a few days ago and here's why: First off when we bought the car we asked the salesman to please make sure we buy a car that has no abs lights on or any brakes issues and he assured us this was the car for us because it didn't. We bring it to our mechanic a few days later to get it checked out because what do you know... the abs light turns on. He says that the company must've hid the code but it will keep coming on because it needs fixed. So there's the first lie. Then a few months goes by and the brakes are going out. Second lie. Then a bunch of other issues pop up and it's been three months since we've owned it and haven't driven it much at all. So we put thousands into fixing it. Mind you the car is worth $5,000 and they're charging us over $20,000 for it. Then recently the cars starter just goes OUT. We can't even drive it anywhere. So we call this place to ask if we can get it fixed or worked out because we've put so much money into it already. They say they'll call us back. They never did. We drive up there and they tell us we could've been getting it fixed for free this whole time but now we can't because we drove over the miles that's covered. Funny how they never told us this in the beginning. They actually sent us a letter in the mail saying they couldn't help us with anything ever because they didn't accept our insurance. THEN when we told them that we received that letter a few days after purchasing and getting it insured they lied and said they didn't send that out BUT WE HAVE THE LETTER. So we just bring it back and say we want out of this ridiculous contract that's scamming us out of our hard earned money and the assistant manager (Moe is his name) comes in telling us that it's OUR problem and we can't blame them because we drove it over $12,000 miles in a year and that it's our fault because we're reckless. Which, granted, we did because we went to North Carolina for my birthday, BUT THESE PROBLEMS WERE HERE THE MINUTE WE BOUGHT IT not after we put the miles on it. And he starts stepping up to us while I have my 1 year old in my arms acting likes he's going to fight us just yelling at us obnoxiously loud. Made my 1 year old freak out hardcore and he's telling me I need to get my kid and my man under control when we were simply trying to either trade in or have things fixed. I tell him to calm down and he starts putting his hand up in my face saying "this is man to man" to my fiancé. I will say there was a lot more said by him and a lot more rudeness but I have never seen a business conducted like this. I honestly want to sue at this point. At the end of the meeting he's mad so he looks at us and says he's going to auction off the car and sell it for cheap and we have to pay the entire rest back and we say "we want out of the contract, no thanks." And he says "no, you will pay it." Over and over in a snark rude tone. So we just left the place and the car and we look back and he's inside the building staring from the window pointing and laughing at us. What a joke. This was our first vehicle purchase and I'm so saddened by the fact it was with them. Please, don't go through the hassle and ever buy through them. They lie and scam their way to your money and you'll never be able to get away from it once you start it and they will never treat you like human beings. OH AND TO ADD: they keep taking money from you and don't put it on your bill. Our bill went from over $20,000 to $12,000 from paying on it that we saw online and he kept saying we haven't paid much and I said at least $6,000 and he kept saying "$3,000 at most." And laughing. This place is truly a joke. So now we have no car and no money to get another because of them. I've seen so many other reviews similar to mine, it's sad what they'll do to make a quick buck.
