do not and i repeat do not let this guy volodymyr and especially any of his underlings touch anything on your vehicle as a matter of fact do not and i'm going to repeat this again do not do business with this guy. he completely misrepresented himself and the work that he was able to do. when he first diagnosed my car it needed oil. then he said my engine is leaking and every possible spot. so he suggested a seals and gasket kit which i had shipped. then i needed a radiator. which i shipped then he said i need a battery which i bought and brought to him. my door actuator lock needed to be replaced. so i ordered that. i left him with an abs unit for my vehicle. 3 weeks later he tells me my car is done. i go to pick it up he's only two blocks from where i live. he guaranteed his job. i picked up my car and sealed and gasket kit were on my front seat unopened. my abs unit was in the back seat not installed. i drive the car 8 miles in rush hour traffic the car overheats blows the head gasket. i asked him why he didn't install my seals and gasket kit and he said my mechanical scared to work on your engine. i said that would have been good information 3 weeks ago. he's not supplied me with one estimate his supplied me with no paperwork he refuses to correct his wrongs and i had another shop run some tests on it which clearly points to big bend automotive. do not by any means ever do business with this guy he's shady he's not above board and i think he's a crook. i don't even think he's qualified to change the air in your tires. if i knew then what i know now. this guy is unbelievable. and he's arrogant and rude to say the least read more

He was even available on Saturday to explain about our car and be honest about the price and what may or not be the problem. I'm so grateful for this man knowing we are not from St. Louis. Wheel hub on my Audi A3 was replaced in a quick, responsible, and quality fashion. I have zero complaints as my main concern was time and delivery speed. Good with responding to calls, as well as any questions I had about availability. Installed a starter and only did that as I asked. Only issue I had was they recommended me pay in cash to avoid the credit card fee on their scanner device they use but when I did pay with cash they didn't have any small bills to break the big bills I had brought. read more
