My car was delivered around 9:30pm I was not aware of the damage until the next morning. I took photos of my car and sent them to the sales guy Ryan that i was dealing with. I had no issues with Ryan at all as he was very cooperative and great to deal with. I wouldn't have bought my car if it wasn't for Ryan and his service. When Ryan received my text message he called me right away. He wanted to know what happened. I had no idea what happened, I just received my car that way. Ryan advised me to call the manager, which I did. I was ridiculed for calling and was made to feel as if it was my fault and there was nothing they could do because I signed the paperwork. Scott is the manager I was speaking with and he told me that there will be no compensation as I got the better deal. I traded in a 2019 Honda Civic with less than 60,000 KM for a 2018 Mazda 3 sport with 80,000 plus KM. In my opinion I did NOT get the better deal as I have an older car and not as reputable as a Honda. I did however get a lower interest rate which is why in the end I ended up giving up my Honda for the Mazda. After speaking with Scott he told me nothing can be done and that he wasn't the one who made the deal with the rims, even though I have text messages from Ryan stating it was part of the trade in. I send back original rims on the car when the driver picked it up. Then when 902 Auto Sales received my car they were to return my rims to me on their next visit, which never happened. I sent a follow up email to another manager of 902 Auto Sales and got NO reply at all. I then called and spoke with a women who said she would get someone to call me back, that never happened either. I called again and was told basically the same thing as the first time. There is nothing we can do. I was told that they would have to talk to the sales guy Ryan who was out sick at the time. Its been almost 3 months and I still do not have my rims or the damages fixed on my car. I paid out off pocked from a local dealership for my rims which was $995 plus tax so almost $1200 after tax. I have receipts and messages to prove everything. I also have a quote on the damages cost for my car which is $2522.70 through Car Star Centennial which is where my insurance company sent me. I am very frustrated and disappointed with this dealership. They are ignorant and rude. They do NOT take responsibility for their actions and it shows now. Scott even had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to refer a friend or family member and earn $500 bucks... UMM? NO! After how I was treated and how I still have not received my rims or any compensation towards the damage on the car, I definitely would NOT recommend these guys to my worst enemy. I definitely feel like I got taken advantage of. I hope this helps the next person who is deciding to buy a car from 902 Auto Sales.. Koodos to Ryan for the phenomenal service and thank you for doing all that you could do!

Reached out to them multiple times for them to make things right and I've received rude replies from salesman(JOSH) and they are telling me to go through my warranty to get the vehicle fixed. They screwed over a veteran and refuse to help. I would stay away from this dealer, they clearly only care about making money and they will sell you broken vehicles.

They told me that the technician had made a big mistake and did not fix my cruise control and not because they had made the mistake. They were going to make sure it was taken care of when I brought it back in. I was shaking. The dealership later blamed the previous owner for installing the wrong size wipers -- which means this should have been caught during their inspection before selling the car. Within the 30-day period, I also reported: Rust Paint chips and damage on the door The door coming apart A strange noise from the dash/heater area They minimized everything, said they "couldn't hear it," and are now blaming me instead of fixing what they sold. They refused to fix the windshield, said the second key they sold me isn't their responsibility, and then ignored me when I contacted the used car sales manager and general manager by phone and email. I'm a single mom on a fixed income. I trusted them to sell me a safe, properly inspected vehicle. Instead, my kids and I were put in danger within an hour of purchase and I am still shaken and stressed by this whole ordeal.

This place is, by far, the worst dealership in the HRM for its customer service. It seems that…read morethey are capable of selling vehicles but horrible at delivering service after the sell. In 2024, I purchased a vehicle for my wife. Brand new 2024 Altima with extended warranty and all in cash deal. Less than two years after the purchase and less than 10K km per year on the vehicle it started to make a popping noise each time we put it in gear. We took it in for its regular routine service and told the advisor of the noise. To our disappointment, we were advised that the routine service was performed but we needed an appointment to further explore said noise. Having no option but to comply, we scheduled an appointment to address the "noise ". The car was taken in on a Friday night for a Saturday morning appointment. We received a call on Saturday afternoon to pick up the car at which time we were informed that they had performed an (unauthorized) brake job and that they felt that was the issue. (It wasn't). They said that the service technician had done a road test and heard nothing. To both my wife's and my amazement, we simply asked who did the road test. The technician was summoned to take a quick ride with us and before we could move from the parking space we heard the noise. The technician looked at us both and said .... "OH". As if to suggest oh $hit. We went back in the service room and were informed that since it was Saturday, we would have to schedule yet another appointment. All that said, a new appointment was scheduled, but we were given assurance. There was nothing to worry about and that my wife could continue to drive this vehicle. The person in Service said oh it probably just needs a little grease on the axles no problem. Fast forward to the appointment date. My wife was about 30 minutes late because she was not feeling well on the day of the appointment. When she called to ask if she could bring the car in anyway, she was told that she would have to schedule yet another appointment. This appointment would put us at about 35 days of trying to work this issue out with the dealership. Therefore, the next week I reached out to the service manager, who was far from empathetic, concern, or for that matter, professional. When I mentioned to him what my concerns were, he basically blew it off in one of the most condescending manners that I've ever been spoken to. Initially, he would not return any calls that I made to him until I left a message saying that if I did not hear from him, I would come to the dealership to speak to him in person. That got a quick call from him with him basically saying that there was not much more he could do. Either therefore escalate the matter to the general manager to try to get an appointment sooner than the one that they had pushed out to the end of July. After a lot of finagling, the general manager was able to get us in approximately a week sooner than we were actually scheduled. It was then that we learned that the front axle of a practically new vehicle was in need of repair. This we learned after being told that the vehicle was safe to drive while my wife and I took a trip to the Annapolis Valley in a car with a blown axle. In my opinion, this dealership has a service department filled with incompetence and personnel, lacking empathy, respect, and a sense of responsiveness to their customers. While I would never recommend people to not support local businesses, this is one that I can personally advise people to stay away from. This may be an isolated situation or it may be a symptom indicative of a much bigger problem that has not been expressed by other consumers. I believe strongly that when people spend hard earned money, they should be treated with respect and most of all, when it comes to the health and safety of consumers, especially when dealing with automobiles, it is not something that should be blown off and treated as if it's not a big deal. Lastly, just to be certain that we never experienced another mishap with this dealer relative to the automobile we purchased, my wife and I decided to part ways with this vehicle. The rating system only allows one star, however, if I were able to give them zero stars I would have.
