Took my husband's 3 wheeler in again for the same brake issue and once again Rich looked at the bike, diagnosed the problem, and proceeded to rectify the problem and once again did not charge us for his work. I know he meant well but he's more of a blunt type of person. Minor tune up cost $40 (out the door) - which includes oil gears, check brakes, and air (maybe replace inner tube) I brought a bike knowing it will need repair but he kept talking it down - ok dude i already know but basically he didn't want to repair the bike if it went over the price of $75 because he had used bikes that he was trying to push on us. During the coronavirus pandemic we were on the search for a bike. While all other shops had sold…read moreout of bikes, Allied had many great name brand quality bikes in stock. We made an appointment and were required to wear a mask. Everything was so clean and safe inside the store. We had a private appointment where we were able to test drive the bikes. The guys helping us were very educated on bikes and made sure everything was properly tuned and adjusted before each test ride. We left with a brand new Giant ATX 3 bike for an amazing price. So far we have gone on a couple rides and trails with the bike and everything is perfect. Each bike gets a free tune up after the first month so we are very grateful for that. Overall, our experience with this bike shop exceeded our expectations.

Called Matt and he came over and picked it up along with another bike that needed a tune up and better kickstand. He promised the bike back back in less than 2 days and had them done earlier. When he came to drop it off he showed my Mom how it worked and even worked with her to get used to it. We also noticed one of the other bikes had a flat tire due to a hole, he brought out his bike stand and fixed the tire.
