I called 3 hours later and they hadn't started the car yet because he had to let an employee go to lunch. They called an hour later he was just draining the oil and had checked the brakes. It needs front and rear breaks that they couldn't get till the next morning. I asked when it would be ready and I was told 10am or 11am. I questioned why so late. You open at 7am. I called today at 10:45 and was old the mechanic was working on the brakes because the parts just came in. Three hours later I call and I am told the parts just came in and the mechanic is working on my car. I ask to speak to the manager and they said he won't be back for 40 minutes. I questioned 40 minutes and was told he just went to lunch. Yesterday I was told my car wasn't started because the mechanic had to go to lunch.

Steve Medeiros answered the phone and suggested we try to push the dent out because why would I want to replace a bumper on my older car. I was surprised that he suggested an easy fix and so so grateful. I came by the next day and he spend about 30 min pushing the dent out himself to much success! On top of saving me the cost of a new bumper, he didn't charge me a penny for his time. I owe him big time and plan to go no where but the Mike's Auto Body family of businesses. I'm rating them as a gas station, not on automotive repairs. Yes, it's cool to see a gas station…read morethat still does automotive repairs. And, it's rare nowadays to see a gas station that has some full-service pumps. But, they are so cramped for space that I literally caused a one-man traffic jam in the lot just parking to use the air pump. Worse yet, the filling ports for the underground fuel storage tanks are in front of the garage bay doors, so if my modest-sized work van caused such chaos, I can only imagine how much worse navigating the gas pumps would be when a tanker truck is making a fuel delivery. Other reasons for my low rating is that they do not sell diesel fuel, and only have the barest selection of drinks (one small cooler) and snacks. I get that it's a gas station/automotive repair garage, and not a convenience store, but if you have to make a stop, why not stop at a place that has both? They sell BP-branded gas, and the price was about average. Oh, and the air pump was free.
