They tell me it will take 1 hour to 2 hours to look at the vehicle. I want to 2 and half hours and realize, they are not going to do my car. I left. They have three guys at a desk. The inability to communicate that they are too overwhelmed with work is a problem. Instead of having these three guys, hire some more mechanics. This isn't just a Sullivan's tire issue, it is a problem wherever you go these days. I long for the days of reliable mechanics that earn your service by taking care of your car in a timely and honest way.

After an hour of rocket science (deducing how to get the spare un-cabled and finding the tire jack), I finally got the spare on and made it there. All that after minimal bloodshed and only two or three four-letter words. Now I've been going to Roland's for years and have always had great service. I don't know much about tires but they always do their best to listen to what I need and make their best recommendation. I never walk out feeling taken advantage of and this time was no exception. I got one decent quality tire at a good price and they ended up fixing the stem on another that was leaking free of charge. The cherry on top was the very next day when I went to re-cable the spare to the undercarriage. I called 3 hours later and they hadn't started the car yet because he had to let an employee go to lunch. They called an hour later he was just draining the oil and had checked the brakes. It needs front and rear breaks that they couldn't get till the next morning. I asked when it would be ready and I was told 10am or 11am. I questioned why so late. You open at 7am. I called today at 10:45 and was old the mechanic was working on the brakes because the parts just came in. Three hours later I call and I am told the parts just came in and the mechanic is working on my car. I ask to speak to the manager and they said he won't be back for 40 minutes. I questioned 40 minutes and was told he just went to lunch. Yesterday I was told my car wasn't started because the mechanic had to go to lunch.
