The wash is especially good when the attendant does the pre-wash procedure with spraying and hand brush. So much so that I only go during business hours even though they are open 24 hours. I tip the attendant and I'm very pleased with the service. But more and more the attendant isn't present during business hours. Yet the cost of the wash is the same and the results are (slightly) inferior. I'm guessing that this is partly due to staffing issues but overall I tend not to wash the car when no attendant is present. I'm glad the company pays attention and responds to the Yelp reviews and would appreciate a response.

Driving home I noticed my hand was stained blue. Washing with soap and dish detergent did nothing. I called the place and the owner said to use certain kinds of cleaner. Of course we didn't have any so I had to go out and find it. The first place had only contractor sized containers, so I drove on to Aubuchon who did have a regular size bottle of the orange cleaner. After several scrubbings its mostly off. The owner apologized but offered no refund or free future clean for my troubles. Not a pleasant car cleaning experience. Next time I'll go to Extreme Clean.

You can pay with cash or a credit card. Once you pay, the gate opens and you enter the road that takes you to the wash building. You get signaled to move forward onto the track, place you vehicle in neutral and then let the car wash do it's thing. The interior looks like a disco tech with all the blinking colored lights as you make your way through nozzles, spinning brushes and finish with an auto dryer. All-in-all it was a good experience and a much faster one then driving up to the wash building, pay the attendant and potentially holding up the line while you pay with a cash or card.

Their demeanor is consistently unfriendly. They glare through your windshield and hardly ever smile. When spoken to, they act like they have no time and try to dismiss your situation as quickly as possible. The car wash itself has issues. It stops abruptly mid-wash, folds mirrors aggressively during the mop cycle, scratches paint, and the platform moves inconsistently. My mirrors were folded inward and outward during every wash until one finally came loose and detached from my car. I filed an incident report within 30 minutes and was told confidently it would be reviewed in less than 48 hours. Instead, I waited more than 72 hours without any communication and had to return to the location myself just to get an update. The next morning, the manager called to dismiss my claim. His reasoning was that they couldn't be at fault because no other customers had reported the same issue. He instead suggested that my car being "old" (2018) was the reason my mirror was suddenly hanging off my vehicle halfway through the wash. I'm the only driver of my car, and I never fold my mirrors because I don't park in tight spaces. The only time they're folded is when I use this car wash, and it happened every single wash. If you own a vehicle 2018 or older, do not come here, the car is already broken to them. Between my daily experiences, the behavior of the staff, the damage to my vehicle, and the manner in which my claim was handled, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. And raising the monthly prices by $5 dollars was just salt in the wound. I've never experienced such egregious service, work quality, and lack of accountability from a car wash of all places.

He then got Shawn and another gentleman that also came out. Turns out the pressure in 3 of my tires was incredibly high leaving me vulnerable to blow-outs. I was about to get on the freeway to drive over an hour. The one tire that I thought was "a little low" was actually an additional hazard and VERY low. The 3 of them were so kind to me and helped me get this situation fixed. I noticed the difference immediately when I drove away and I just can't thank them enough for really caring and helping protect me! It just feels like angels were watching out for me today! They were nice when I called about it, but an offer for me to go rinse my car off in their bay for free does not really make up for wasting $12. I'd like to support this business but the drive-through wash is the worst I've ever paid for. I do know bugs can be hard to get off, but I don't think there is enough power from the wash. It seemed more like a garden hose than a car wash. Also, the spot-free rinse didn't work...
