I've shopped here repeatedly and never once was given any help even when I have to dig through shelves on my own with salespersons no more than 30ft away. It's like you're invisible until you want to check out then have to drag your purchases from one check out line to the next when they finally open a second register. Their prices are moderately competitive to other local stores but the big plus is they are open Sundays and up to 7pm. Overall nothing special.

Every time we call or stop they have a different excuse for not having it. The last time we stopped, we talked to the owner himself and he more or less told us that they weren't concerned about the matter implying he could care less. I don't intend to ever buy anything from them again as it seems all they are concerned about is the sale and nothing else.
